I was in the bank with my 2yr old baby counting my money after making a large withdrawal. When I noticed a agent get called to the booth, then she slowly walked over to me and asked what was I doing here ? When I explained that I just with-drawled my money and I bank here she then responded well we wanted to know why you were still here . I believe that is rude, and that I was discriminated against. Mind you had my state work uniform on and all so I definitely didn’t come off as any threat.

Maybe federal credit union they are the best to deal with their own time and very cooperative very good people like family

Been a customer for about 10 years never had an issue until the last 3 months. Constant mistakes on their behalf which result in overdrafts and or penalties due to their mistakes. If I make a mistake I have to pay and or lose my account. They make a mistake while you are 3 states away with 2 kids in the car in 92 degree heat and gotta bum, borrow and steal to get home!!!!! They still blame you and act like it's your fault. So why do I gotta pay mistake fees?? When I dont get reimbursed for my time, money borrowed because of their mistake. They didnt even want to apologize. Worst banking experience I have ever had..

A lot of negative reviews, but my experience this week was great. I came in to finish paying off a loan and even though I was the next in line, a member service rep still came over and offered to help me so I didn't have to wait for a teller. They handled my transaction, made a call for title release, and the next day when I went to DMV, I was able to get it without delay or issue. I had a nightmare scenario doing the same with with Ally Bank a few years ago.

Stopped in Sat morning to cash payroll check. Pretty busy but got through in a reasonable amount of time.

Very good customer service at this location every time I do banking. They are professional and kind. They are very welcoming and I look forward to many years banking with Navy Federal.

My husband and i went into the branch to make a deposit as well as gather bank statements we also needed a new check card . The bank was very busy!! Mr.Cooper assisted us he was so kind and patient he had the best customer service.

Great place for your banking. Interest rates are good and in some instances comparable to other institutions given your credit rating. Plenty of financial products to cover your needs. The online site is easy to navigate. The app is easy to use as well. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid-19 guidelines. Recommended.

I want to complement the woman who helped me this morning. I believe her name was Alicia. She was working at desk # 6. I Know that you need a mask when you visit, but when I was at the desk, i said I was taking it off because I have a hard time breathing in those masked. She told me that was fine and she understood. I was very grateful to her for understanding. Thank you

They helped me out. Great experiences with Navy Federal. I did not like how one person was dressed as a homeless person. Obviously he was working since he spoke to other employees and came out and in from rooms usually people don't have access to. Made it feel unsafe.
