This bank has dropped their customer service quality severely and their deposit times are getting longer. You better cash your check then deposit it if you want your money.

Doesn’t open until 1000 and closes at 1600. How does that possibly support a customer base that works 0730-1630. Absolute failure and completely disconnected from customer base. Multiple customers arriving and departing daily at the same time as me, with no service and no satisfaction. Edit: and now it’s closed on Saturdays.

They didn’t deposit one of my paychecks and when I messaged them about it it magically showed up as a deposit but no money was added to my account. When I called them about it all 3 employees didn’t even listen to what I was explaining and assumed I was just stupid. The supervisor being the worst of the bunch. Horrible bank and horrible customer service. I can’t change banks soon enough.

Went in for a soft credit check, inquiring about potential loan options for refinancing existing debt. Customer service representative ran a hard credit check for an additional loan, which hurt my credit score and was not what I was looking for. Service was not just bad, it was actively harmful.

It used to be a great bank! I've been a member since the 90s . Now the customer service has been completely lost!
