Service is HORRIBLE. They had my boyfriends car 2020 GLI for 4 months. He finally got it back 2 days ago. He drove us 2 hours out of town for Mother’s Day and all of the gears are no longer working. We have no way of getting home. Service manager Gabby is no help. He called and asked for the general manager and they transferred him back to Gabby. She made him call the road side assistance to get the car. She does not show any importance in this issue. We have no car to get back home because of a mistake VW service made and they don’t seem to care about their customers.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Came all the way down from Sacramento to purchase a car here. Rafael made sure we were taken care of, was consistent in communicating with my partner and I. When we arrive we realized that this team offers the best customer service. Eddie was great! He was able to get us a better rate on our Ford F-150!! John in financing made paperwork hassle free. I hate having to sit on dealerships for such a long time. He made sure we were in and out and constantly communicated with us if something was taking longer than supposed to. The sales personnel are typical lying salesman. The fine print clearly states that dealer accessories are optional, but when they quote you a price they say you must purchase the accessories. Huh! Do not trust this dealership.

Service department has not been great. My car has been in their shop for 60 days at the time I write this. We've called multiple times and have not gotten a response as to the repair or the anticipated return of the car. Avoid VW vehicles and this service department.

Jose is by far the best sales associate I have ever interacted with. He’s very attentive and provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t like the process of purchasing a vehicle because it’s very time consuming but Jose offered me many water bottles and kept checking up on me. He’s very accommodating and he listens to what the customer wants and he pays attention to the small details that I like in a vehicle. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to purchase a vehicle, he also tries his best to get you a great deal!

It was a quick, easy, and smooth process buying my 2014 Denali from Coachella. After all the number we’re finalized they drove the truck to me 3 hours away to San Diego! The next day I took my truck to my mechanic to give it a once over and make sure it was mechanically sound. My mechanic found an oil and said the tires should be replaced. I called the dealership and the manager Eddie-Hojjat wrote me a check for both discrepancies! I was truly amazed and thankful! I highly recommend this dealer ship. Jose who sold me the car and sales manager Eddie-Hojjat will DEFINITELY take care of you!

As a consumer I feel it is my responsibility to make others aware of my experience. I have purchased MANY cars in my time and this has to be one of the worst experiences I have had. The miscommunication, lack of information, and amount of work you have to put in just to get some answers is alarming. The salesperson, the manager - all quick to sell the car - but you’re on your own from there. Love the car, hate the experience. If I had a chance I would have spent my time and money elsewhere. Buyer beware.

We just bought a 3500 Dodge Ram at Coachella valley Volkswagen on April 13 2021..We had an excellent experience with Raphael De Santiago as our sales rep.. The online pre approval application was very easy to fill out. Rafa and the team went above and beyond on our purchase from having to stay after hours to get the job done.. We had an incredible experience here today. While driving down the highway on vacation our plastic skid plate broke. It made the care undriveable over 15MPH. Unfortunately it was 113F with no way for me to fix it and needed to come off. I limped into the dealership and they made time in their full schedule to take it off. Took about 5 minutes and they didn't even charge us. That's Volkswagen family! Thank you Coachella Valley Volkswagen!

He was extremely helpful, explained everything, fully disclosed up front the add-on fees and gave me the space to make a decision without high-pressure sales tactics. The after sales service he has provided has been outstanding.

Silvestre Alvarez was great help when buying our Atlas across Sport. My husband was at work all day so he drove the car to my husbands job so he could see it in person. Also when we made the deal he made it possible for us to stay in the comfort of our home and personally delivered our vehicle to our house that same night.

The home delivery option came in very handy in our situation so overall experience was great!

We were vacationing from Canada. We had some issues with our Tiguan, so we took it to Coachella VW. Even though the Service Center was busy, they found and fixed the problem by the next day. We were given a complimentary LYFT ride to our hotel and back. They did not charge us because the problem was quickly solved. EVERYONE was very friendly and helpful. We had a regular servicing done 2 years ago and had the same positive experience. Highly recommend Coachella VW.

The reason for one star is I called to check with Cadillac Escalade I drive 2.30 hr from San Diego Post was 4860 miles one Vehicle it 8000 And car was no Running board. And thy trying to purchase my car with Lowes price under market $15000 and second car $7000 They didn’t understand I am driving 2.3 hr to get there I hop don’t do this to any customer I hop you guys understand

i understand times are hard for car sales and dealers are hurting... but these guys outright lied to me. I expressed interest in a vehicle and inquired about pricing. Told me over email they're only marking up 5k over msrp, while "all other dealers are charging 7k-10k" to get me to go in. I don't live very close so I make the trek. In person, they tell me "oh the 5k is for other vehicles." and on top of that there is a mandatory 4k "protection package" which includes a 5 dollar car door edge guard for an amazing deal of 700. dictionary definition of sleazy car stealership.

I had questions/concerns after driving the car off the lot and Rafael worked diligently to make sure my questions were answered and issues resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a very good car buying experience.

I just got my new Atlas from Coachella Volkswagen After few weeks of search they were they only dealer that was willing to locate the Atlas I wanted even though it was not in stock. They went the extra mile to make this happen. Sal that sales person was sweet and caring and even as a new salesperson he got me all the answers. I think the deal they gave me is fair. I did lots of research. I just wish Indio was not that hot when we went there. Lol. But honestly it was worth it. I just got a phone call from the general sales manager Shawn just to ask if I had any questions. Truly nice people.

I was very disappointed in this dealership. I have been using their service department for years. When I approached the salesman about upgrading to a newer vehicle, I told him I will buy this Jetta from you today at asking price as long as y’all are straight forward with me about pricing. I signed the negotiation agreement and 10 minutes later they came back into the room claiming they advertise all of their vehicles 3-4 thousand under value just to attract customers and that’s not the true price. They claimed the only way they could make the deal go through is for me to buy a $4200 upgrade package (gps, paint&interior protection, nitrogen filled tires) or a $4000 warranty. I always respected their service department but I will have to now break all ties with this dealership, I can not honestly do business with a company that conducts business malpractice and has no respect for their customers.

He’s a genuine, no pressure salesman which is so refreshing to find. Thanks to Daniel and manager Eddy, I’m leaving with a 2022 Tiguan R line.
