Year 2022: it's year 2 of the Covid19 Pandemic, Inflation and uncertainty had escalated and it's been a Seller's market for 2 yrs now It's also the height of Social Media and Information Age and anyone can do a lot of DIY's because data is abundant. As a first time homebuyer, I have read an immense amount of horror stories of getting outbid and getting scammed by loan officers and the delays and the runarounds. But connecting to Enrique through my realtor is one of the best decisions of my homebuying journey. He was straightforward to me and did not give me false hopes. He worked through my account on weekends and on Holidays. He is available when we needed him and has been very responsive. It was too easy working with him and with his team that I'm sometimes scared and doubtful that I'm not doing the right thing. He guided me to do what and when and without stress. We closed early and I moved in in less than a month of Escrow!
