This bank is terrible. Everything about this bank isn't any good been a customer for years. And always turned me down for a loan even being with then for years they wouldn't close accounts cuz of returned checks. I have to pay the balance before they closey accounts. So now there could be more returned checks so the balance can go up higher. That is such a rip off they don't help there customers very bad bank from my years experience with them. Just want to close out my accounts and never bank with this bank again

I have been a client of NFCU for several years now with no complaints. That’s probably an unusual thing to hear but their customer service is top of the line. Their knowledge of banking is wonderful and I have learned how to manage my money affairs much better. The convenience is certainly gratifying especially if your a hard working person or a senior like myself. I can honestly say you don’t need the banks in your life when you have a NFCU. I honestly have worked with one of the biggest banks in America and that is how I recognized the the differences so quickly. NFCU is not out to charge their clients every fee that comes along with services. If I didn’t have this bank then I would resort to hiding my money in a coffee can. NFCU makes me feel safe and welcomed. Most of my family does business with them because I highly recommended their services.

The only reason I give them two stars it’s because of current customer service and expeditious work. But everything I ask for them to do with my bank account in the branch, never happen, actually all of my funds were put in the wrong place. This could’ve been very bad for me as a member. I sincerely have had a terrible experience as a whole with navy federal and over only been a member for not even a MONTH. The employees and management seem more dedicated to protecting one another and they’re male practice of work, then customer satisfaction and making sure their job is done to the fullest and they ability correctly. If it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg to remove my money from their bank I would have done so already. I will advise veterans like myself to be wary of such business no matter how prestigious the institution that does not care for them besides holding onto their money.

I enjoy banking at this branch. They seem to remember me and that makes me comfortable with the staff. here

Place is amazing, service is amazing. I actually just had a fraud issue with my account and Kody, the rep over the phone, was extremely courteous and efficient in handling the situation. If there is some type of internal kudos you guys do, give it to him. Amazing.

Getting ready to pull my money out of this place and start from scratch with a better credit union! My wife was on hold for 20 minutes to talk to someone that could increase our limit for a couple large purchases today, and when they finally answered, they had to transfer her to someone else and is on hold for God knows how long this time. The lame automated system doesn’t have a choice to pick this option. She was also told she picked the wrong option, of which there isn’t one to increase your daily limit so you automatically get to be put on hold once again. Now I have to drive across town to see someone in person I guess to get anything done!!!

My time was wasted today at chandler branch, I’ve done this many many times here in chandler and Phoenix downtown. This banker said can’t print a piece of paper coming from outer emails. Seriously? And what are you afraid of a cyber attack from a customer?

Went in for a new debit card, my old one was stolen. Along with that, everything in my wallet had to be replaced. I advised the teller Logan that i only had a paper and digital ID, but i also have my SSN card and birth certificate. He said none of those could be used, even though anywhere else, thats more than enough to verify identity. The manager comes over very rude just repeats what the teller said. Keep in mind, I never even had to show an ID to OPEN the account. The teller says all he can do is expedite a card and it’ll be delivered in two days. I call customer service and im told that he lied the card will be there in 5-7 days. As soon as i get my new ID, im moving all my money to my chase account. The customer service sucks. Logan should be trained on how to properly assist customers or terminated if he is incapable of doing so

Great customer service today and they were able to help me with process of getting a new card quickly and professionally. Thank u for everyone teamwork to assist with my stressed day!

I love the staff here. They are so friendly and helpful. I am surprised they don't have 5 stars! Keep up the good work and thank you for servicing my families banking needs.
