This company is a total scam! Do not do anything with this company as they make claims they charge you for and never deliver on. I have paid this company a monthly fee for two years totally over 1000k for them to have said I was enrolled in a program I discovered with the department of Education I am NOT enrolled in. So when I stopped payment on the scam, the 3rd party payment company they use called Equitable Acceptance started reporting to my credit as past due! So it brought my great score down! I am writing a complaint to the credit bureaus to try and get them to stop reporting! And calling the company National Student loans does no good. They just hang up on you. SCAM ARTISTS!

National Student Loans saved me in so many ways. Not only did they get my loans out of default. But they got my garnishment stopped. Granted I did have to pay a fee, but when I tried to put myself through a Default Rehab with the D.O.E. they wanted my to pay $230 a month for 9 months straight which is actually 10 payments because you have to make a payment to enroll in the Rehab. So i would have paid $2300 just to get my loans in good standing. But David D. helped get my rehab payments all the way down to $5 dollars for the 9 months. I did have to $1390 for them to process and do the paperwork for me which not only saved me $1000 dollars, but made it so much less stressful knowing that I have someone who would get the work done right. He also informed me about an Income Driven Repayment plan, that would reduce my monthly payments and potentially get a portion of my loan forgiven at the end of the repayment term. Navient told me that I was in an income Based Repayment, which I was not. they had me in a 30 year repayment plan I was able to get a $0 monthly payment. Navient never even told me that was an option. As I read these negative reviews I am baffled because people are upset they have to pay a fee. But that fee saved me $1000 so far now the savings will just keep growing. My credit is better because of my choice to go with this company. I'll admit I was skeptical at first but when he said 100% money back guarantee if my application didn't get processed. I just had to give it a go. Best decision that I have ever made. Its like I have my own CPA for my student loans and I don't have to worry about my re-certifications because they follow up with me. What more could you ask for. All Navient asked for was money and more money. I would recommended this company and especially David D. to all of my friends and family. Thanks again David an the National Student Loans team for making my life easier and saving me a bunch of money. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! :)

I started working with this company in October of 2018. I paid $199.17 an month ($ 995) since than. I was told by this company and department of education that my application they submitted on my behalf was denied but they do not want to refund me my money back which in the contact I sign states they would. I am unable to get intouch with anyone now about my money. I will be filling legal paperwork against this company! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! You can talk to the department of education and they can help!

I was in default and wasn't able to do anything because of my credit. After completing my rehab with NSL now I'm back in good standings and I'm only paying $30 a month on my loans. I was supposed to pay over $30k & now I'm paying less than $10k. Thank you NSL team you guys rock!

On Friday I returned a voicemail from National Student Loans. I spoke with Mike Young, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I signed an agreement, and also verbally agreed to terms on a recorded line. After getting off the phone I looked up the company and was terrified by the negative reviews, the BBB rating, and the fact that they are on the borrowers beware list. I noticed red flags such as the .us e-mail address, formatting issues on e-mails, and the fact that I had 4 different numbers for the same company. At that point I thought I was scammed and I thought that I was going to be forced to pay no matter what since I signed the agreement, and after reading reviews of people saying they couldn’t cancel because no one would answer and they were stuck with enrollment charges. I sent Mike an e-mail Friday after business hours. Mike gave me a phone call first thing Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. and was once again very professional. He asked me why I wanted to cancel, but did not push anything on me. I cancelled very easily and was impressed with the professional and prompt response of National Student Loans. From my experience, I don’t believe National Student Loans to be the “scammer” or “sleazy salespeople” that they are being portrayed to be in BBB complaints and company reviews.

This place is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Has a high employee turn around rate, is very shady. They feed all rehashs to David King. I never have seen any testimonials from any of their clients. And everything that they do to get you out of debt you can do yourself with the Department of Education. To the owner. Your company is a joke just like your training manager telling people to tell your clients, that call in from the radio that you can "start a non profit" company together just to phish a social security number and banking account. I worked there you uninvolved waste of atoms. The floor was a totally on a buddy buddy system. Arron is a con artist and Derrick is just his yes man. To anyone they didn't like they gave them crappy over seas data and to the ones that were their buddys, they received radio calls. And no you couldn't help them all out because it's a case by case basis. Yet you had to do what ever it takes to get a social a banking info other wise you were terminated. This place is nothing but a con. Calling the BBB a scam shows how unprofessional this company is. They make plenty of money allegedly to the owners comments. Don't worry I learned how to take care of my debt on my own while working for this scam artist company.

My student loan payments were almost $400 a month, I barely was paying all my bills. NSL got me down to a $44 a month payment with half the usual term because I work in public service. I couldn't be more grateful for their service and helping me actually have a life to do some fun things again!
