Never ever deal with Tom. Tom has no loyalty to his clients or to his promises. He will definitely steal your hard earned money. Don’t trust him, his word means nothing. If you care about your home, and your money, go somewhere else. I can guarantee he will screw you over and not lose any sleep.

Angelique is nothing short of amazing. Throughout this entire process, she has always been available anytime I have had a question. She cleared all doubts of whether this process was worth it and how to do it. Her guidance and support has meant the world to me. I didn't work directly with Sam Rumi. I was contacted and worked with Ron G. Ron was friendly, patient and readily available. On the other hand, I kept requesting written information and he never furnished answers in writing (email). Worst experience, signing, the amount I got was $190 less than the CD stated. I called Ron, he said, "it's the interest". I could not determine what interest and why. At the beginning Ron agreed that I would be reimbursed for my appraisal and I don't see where I was reimbursed, there was no one to show me where the money was. Ultimately I went through with the loan because it saved me money with lower monthly payments and no pmi. I think Ron is a nice guy but I wouldn't work with him again.

Worked with Zaid Mahroom. He was able to get us refinanced, when other lenders were making it near impossible. We kept thinking there must be a catch, but there wasn't. He called frequently, just to check in and answered all emails/questions promptly. We got this done in about a month and he was there every step of the way. Zaid is personable, friendly, and we felt that he really cared about us. We can never say enough about Zaid. He is amazing!

This company reached out to me and said they wanted to hire me a few months after I turned them down. They strung me along promising me a job and then last minute said “we decided not to move forward with your application”. Many discrepancies between what the recruiter was promising and the branch manager. Shady liars.

The team of experts, Bridget, Shannon and Sam Rumi, all very,very pleasant and have your best interest of i mportance This team of experts are of platinum status in my book.

Nicole is the whole reason we had AFN refinance our home for the second time. The first time was four years ago, and she was amazing. During our refinance in 2017, I was in a head-on car crash. I am fine, but Nicole while on her vacation called to let me know the progress of the refi and found out what happened. After realizing I was going to be alright, she asked, do you have money for a down payment on another vehicle? I wasn’t even thinking about it, but the answer was no. Nicole, on her vacation!!!, reworked the refi and got us money to put down on a vehicle:) Priceless!!! We stayed in touch over the years and just finished our second refinance with her. We will never use anyone other than Nicole to refinance our home!! She goes so far above and beyond, it's incredible. I have made a friend for life, no kidding!! I can’t wait to meet her in person!!
