Brandon and his team, in particular Kaese, worked hard to get me approved for a refinance at a substantially lower rate than I had. Brandon has assisted me two times to refinance my home and I have been very pleased with his service both times. The first time, I wanted a cash out refinance and he helped me get the exact amount I was looking for at a great rate. The second time, he got me a refinance for a rate less than what I had the the first time and it made sense because I was saving even more money. The process was quick and effortless. Brandon and his team handled our recent refinance. He was friendly and personable, although quite hard to get in touch with. Wish he had taken time to explain the fees and documents and not only send forms for approval without communication. They forgot to schedule the notary as discussed, and when the notary finally arrived she had been given the wrong paperwork. They also kept calling me by my husband’s name while communicating via email and phone, which was quite annoying. Despite the hiccups we finally got our refinance completed and locked in the lower rate.

Brandon and Matthew are great to work with. Refi is not an exciting process but these two at least made the process a breeze. Our refi only took a few weeks from the time we initially completed the application to signing the closing documents. They are on their game, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra step of explaining the process and answer questions. Great experience and will definitely keep this team in mind for our next refi / home purchase needs.
