My experience with ClearPath Lending was great. My loan officer was Ron Mir. He was a great help throughout the process of my refinance, and he helped me every step of the way. The whole process was done in days. I appreciate the fact that Ron was available whenever I had questions be it by text or call. It was also impressive that they got a lawyer from Holler Law Firm, Andrew Raynal, to my home to sign the final paperwork. He was really kind, and helped me also with any questions that I had. I will be using him for any further needs. I highly recommend ClearPath Lending, Inc. to anyone in need of refinancing or buying a home.

Then staff is amazing. We had wonderful people that we worked with. They made the re finance process as smooth and easy as I have ever seen. I worked with Nicholas Williamson and he made the entire process very easy and stress free. He started by walking me through how my refinance option compared to my current loan and his recommendation based on what he would do if he was in my shoes. I worked with this company for two months. They kept explaining that it’s easy to do a VA streamline refinance. Continues telling me that everything is good, don’t make your mortgage payment. Then the last day of the month they told me I should pay my mortgage…now I have a late fee, never had one in the past with $51 fee. A week later they tell me I wasn’t approved due to forebearance which I applied for but continued to pay my mortgage. One month I was short and had to pay the balance the next month but I wasn’t required to pay. I was NEVER given a late fee or never documented that I was late due to the forebearance. Now, that the forbearance has needed I have a late fee that will be on my credit due to Clear Path. This is extremely unprofessional, outrageous business conditions. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would never recommend them to anyone!! Beware and don’t deal with this company at all.

I had been receiving many offers for lower rates on a refinance of my home. Since I am in the first couple years of my mortgage I had been keeping my eyes out for an offer I couldn’t pass up. Finally in May I got an offer that was low enough to make it worth my time and the cost of the refinancing services. No it isn’t free! These folks do a lot of work for which they deserve to be paid. Chris told me I would be getting many offers after I took their offer of 2.25% with APR of 2.31% I got many more offers including the company I was already financed through. But none of them were as low as Clear Path Lending. When the notary and I met to sign and initial the millions (okay hundreds) of papers she told me she had been doing the paperwork for a lot of mortgages but had not seen a rate as low as I was getting. Heck I was already happy to be paying $100 less a month then I had been. Then to learn I was one of very few getting the offer I got I felt like doing a happy dance. Which I did once I got home. It was easy, quickly done, and whenever I had a question I heard back from them pretty quickly. This will save me thousands over the lifetime of the loan. Thank you Clear Path Lending I would recommend you to anyone.

Wow, saved us a LOT of money with our home refi! Lower percentage rate, decreased loan term AND lower payment; can't beat that. Everyone that contacted us from the team were fun and easy to work with. Nick Williamson was our loan officer and he was super helpful and always very quick to respond. I am AA retired real estate attorney of 33 years. I have bought and sold Mini properties. I've had both construction and permanent financing. I Have never experienced the needless harassment that I experienced from the underwriting staff of clear path lending. The licensed salesman and his helper were very nice. But once it went to underwriting, the deal went off the rails. Those malefactors were so incompetent as to defy expression. They Daily harassed me with inept requests. I'm 84 years old and the stress level was so great that I had to go to the emergency room once and and they continued until I almost had to go a second time. I wouldn't deal with this underwriting staff if they were the last lender in California

In the beginning of the refinance process, I received bothersome emails and phone calls from other lenders that provided very little relevant information. ClearPath sent relevant and informative letters at appropriate intervals. They had done their research on me and knew my interests so I called. They have a systematic and efficient lending process and in a few days I had the offer I wanted. The internal handoffs were quick and efficient. All were knowledgeable in their areas and answered any question I had. In a short time I closed on the loan. I am very happy with the experience.

Ashkan my loan officer was great very patient with our situation being as my husband was in and out due to the navy. They worked with us to quickly get our signing scheduled and done before he went back out to sea. Military life can be unpredictable and I’m thankful they were patient and kind as we cancelled rescheduled and rushed to get everything done. Overall it was a smooth experience. After mistaking this market mailer as something legitimate and immediately saying im not interested and disconnecting, the rep immediately called back. I let it go to voicemail, and he immediately called back again, i picked up and said im not interested and hung up. He called back again and i ignored it, then he called AGAIN, all in less than 1 minute. At this point i was obviously frustrated, picked up, and asked "do you really think this sort of aggressive approach is going to make me want to work with your company??" as he begun to talk over me about "going over numbers". I told him to remove me from his list and he continued talking over me, and his response to asking if he really thinks this rude and aggressive behavior is going to make me change my mind, he finally shut up and his response "sometimes it works.." Absolutely disgusting way to engage, i dont think ive ever been so quickly turned off by a company. Guy must be absolutely desperate for his next commission. Won't ever consider doing business with this company and advise anyone reading this to consider other options.

I responded to a flier I got in the mail. After speaking to the representative, I decided not to pursue the offer. I politely declined and hung up the phone. Minutes later, I received a lengthy text message from the representative with whom I had spoken. His tone was accusatory and he was chastising me. He acted as though he had spent a lot of time and taken a great deal of effort trying to explain the program to me. In reality, we were only on the phone 4 minutes. He attempted to harass me with high pressure sales tactics. When that didn't work, he switched to outright insulting me by scolding me as though I were a child! I told him I had a better offer elsewhere but he went on attacking me until I, once again, told him I was not interested and would be taking my business elsewhere.

This was the fastest refinance I've ever done. We own rentals and a primary home so refinancing mortgages has become a regular occurrence. I was skeptical when I received the ClearPath offer for a lower interest rate but they delivered and did it in record time. Our lending team was lead by Quine. My previous refinance company even checked my credit and said they could not go any lower than 2.25% and that my 2.75% was good; and VA would not allow.
