My initial experience on my initial homeownership journey was a bit rocky due to my personal credit union giving me the run around. Luckily, my realtor Karen Mari referred me to Network Capital and the journey became a whole lot smoother. My initial contact was with Zachary Gill, who made the process a million times better. He was easy to communicate with and we maintained a good vibe throughout the entire process. My financial institution took several months to accomplish what Zach did in a matter of days. He is great and an awesome asset to Network Capital. The process did become a bit unnerving when it came around to the underwriting portion but thanks to the team efforts of Zachary Gill, Ian and Sarah Behl they made the experience worth my while. If anyone is looking for their new dream home or just simply in need of refinancing, I would highly recommend Network Capital because they are truly kick a$$ awesome and I mean this in the sincerest way possible. Sean worked to find alternate ways to improve the terms and pay off debt while enabling me to cash out a small amount of my equity. Last November, I tried to refinance with Network Capital. Kevin Avery is the loan officer. He was professional but forceful to accept his loan term. At some point, after giving all my SSN and other details, I backed out as their interest rate is too high and they are adding more money into my loan amount (taking back to where I was 7 months earlier). Since, I backed out several Network capital employees targeting me by calling every day from different different numbers. Really very very bad people. I will never go to them again. I am fed up with their constant phone calls, so i am adding my review here so that other's understand how to proceed with these people.

I just wanted to say thank you to Michael Ramali and Jason Aquino for helping me to refinance my home loan with Network Capital the overall experience was fantastic. Michael had first contacted me saying that they could refinance my home loan and save me money with no cost to me and very little “Paperwork” and that the “Loan Process” would not take that much time. So I worked with Michael to get the Refinancing started and the process was very easy as Michael had stated, he was able to answer all my questions and handled the Refinancing process in a very professional manner. Fast - Easy - Pleasant ... Not typically words one thinks of when referring to Refinancing a Mortgage Loan, but that's exactly how I would describe my experience. The rate was great, but the Process with Network Capital was unique in that it was so smooth and completed so quickly. There was a minimal need for supporting documentation on my part thanks to their ability & willingness to obtain information on their own. I worked primarily with Jessica Lane who so impressed me with her knowledge & ability to explain things in layman's terms as well as her commitment to keeping me advised of every step of the process. Her quick response time to inquiries was so very much appreciated. It's not very often in business when you are fortunate enough to deal with someone who is actually a pleasure to work with, but Jessica is the exception to the rule. The whole process was completed over the phone and through email, with one visit from a mobile notary for wet signatures. I've financed 5 houses in my life and this was by far the easiest of all. I believe Jessica Lane is the reason and I thank her very much. I highly recommend you ask for her when you call!!!

Therefore, I was very cynical of the whole process when I answered my phone that Thursday afternoon. My first thought was to hang up. I'm so glad that I did not. I actually was hesitant at first to refinance, but after speaking with Young Kim, I decided to go forward with it. I have bought several homes and refinanced several times. By far, this is the best company I have dealt with over the years. The Network Capital staff just refinanced several of my investment homes, saving me thousands of dollars …Yes, THOUSANDS $$$$... I had many companies in the past that told me they will match or beat any other company's offers. Then when I put them to task and find a better offer I get BS responses. Network Capital is the only company I have dealt with so far that actually says they would beat any offer and then actually do it when put to the task. The process with Network Capital was easy and fast. We were able do all the paperwork remotely. We are saving over $100 on our mortgage payment each month, AND took cash out for major purchase. This review is a little delayed and I apologize. Work is very hectic these days due to the holidays and meeting deadlines and year-end goals at work. In my case, scheduling medical appointments for my son and elderly parents also conflicted with other pressing emergency home repairs. Speaking of home repairs, to the rescue is Benjamin Levy of Network Capital Funding Corporation. True to his promises, Benjamin was able to close on my refi in 10 days and immediately funded it. Many companies can give you loan estimates and send you loan disclosures but fall short on funding abilities! Not Benjamin. He will get you funded! I have been in the legal field for over 30 years and I have never seen such a fast closing, ever! I must admit, the call came out of nowhere and I usually don’t entertain a call from an unknown number-- thanks to my decent phone blocking app and spam filters—I have somehow avoided the sometimes relentless telemarketers and annoying robo-calls. That day, when I politely told the caller that I just refinanced to a 15-year mortgage 6 months ago (so she didn’t need to waste my time and hers), she insisted Network Capital can do better. Better than 2.5% on a 15-year mortgage, I asked? No way, I told myself but she was quick enough to transfer me to “Underwriting”. Then, a nice, friendly and confident-sounding voice came on the line and said, “Hi, this is Benjamin Levy. May I call you Lalaine?” It was almost as if I was talking with one of my close friends from that moment on. I was very straightforward with Benjamin and told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of what my financial needs were. Benjamin explained all of the options to me like a pro as if it was being explained to me by my ex-husband, whom I trust, believe it or not, with my life! My ex was once a fully licensed broker for a big brokerage firm before moving to Asia to be an options trader, just to give you an analogy as to who I was dealing with at Network Capital. Benjamin is very knowledgeable and detailed and did not ask me for a lot of sensitive or personal information so I felt at ease talking with him. In between those intimidating financial terms, he would joke and traded funny life stories with me. He was very entertaining so I stayed on the phone with him longer than I planned to. Amazingly, during the conversation and, after walking me through the electronic loan application process, he was able to lock me in for an unbelievable rate. After that, all I had to do is to compare his deal with another deal I have had previously with someone else I trusted. I made my choice pretty quickly after…of course… running the figures of the loan estimates and financial disclosures with my ex, who told me that both deals were fair and either one would bring me what I needed. Great! In the end, I went with Network Capital because Benjamin was able to schedule my closing 5 days after Underwriting gave us the “go” and funded the account the following week (only because the closing was on a Friday). The whole experience was painless and stress-free. Benjamin and his closing agent, Jennifer worked tirelessly and were there for me whenever I would text, email or call, answering any of my questions (which were not that many, lol). Needless to say, I am very satisfied with the transaction, especially now that my 3 bathrooms are undergoing their much- needed renovations. I also just signed off on the architectural plans for my future kitchen and happy to report that I received a notice that my HERO loan for the impact windows and doors on my house have been paid off! Did I tell you how much money I saved on this refi with Benjamin? Well…a big number with lots of zeroes! I am happy and I feel blessed. I refinanced my house early Nov. This was my first refinance. I had heard about Network Capital on the radio and decided it was time. I dreaded the process and figured it would be time consuming and stressful. I have bought 2 homes in my life and the process was very long, time consuming and stressful. Omar Kader is the man who answered my call and saw me through the first part of the process. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me as I had a lot of questions and was still hesitant to take this step. He helped calm my fears with data, running the numbers in multiple ways with multiple loan options and broke the process down so that I completely understood it. Then he handed me over to the processor, Joseph Francia. He was awesome as well! Again, he answered all my many detailed questions and educated me on house loans. He was friendly and funny which put me at ease. He even gave me his personal number since I was unable to sign the closing paperwork during the week and had to do a Sat appt. He wanted to make sure I could reach him incase there was any paperwork I didn't understand and he could walk me through it. And yes, I had to call him twice! Even though it was his day off, he was so patient and helpful! Neither of these men were pushy or made me feel pressure. And the best part was that I signed in just under 2 weeks!! It would have taken less time to close if my work schedule hadn't gotten in the way. These men were awesome and made this process very easy for me. In the end, I paid off 35k+ in debt and decreased my mortgage payment as well as my percentage rate. Oh I forgot to mention I didn't have to get a house inspection...which also saved me time and money! I appreciate all the help Omar and Joseph provided. If I ever refinance, I will definitely be going back to Network Capital and requesting these two gentlemen. Thank you both again for all you help! It was the best experience refinancing with Travis and Oswaldo. They made the processing very easy with stress free and as simple as possible. We never lift a hand to look for documents like w2 or income because they were able to pull everything from their side. We were very impressed with the short time they worked on our loan; fast and accurate and they handled any matters professionally and very responsive on time. The whole process just took 14 days from the time we talked to them for the first time to closing date.
