We spoke for few minutes, and he gained my trust. Charles promised he will be the only person who I will be dealing with during whole refinancing process. 30 days later my loan is closed the way Charles promised during our first conversation. Excellent service...everything was explained in an understandable way which made me feel comfortable about the process. I recently had the pleasure of refinancing my home from Direct Access Funding through the agency of a Mr. Bradley Jones. I use the word "pleasure" somewhat tongue-in-cheek because there is no financial institution that can make the process fun or enjoyable due to the needless and draconian regulations they have to follow courtesy of the federal government. I do call out the service as provided by Mr. Jones because while it is true that he has no control whatsoever over the nonsensical requirements, he did provide two very import things that two other mortgage companies I contacted did not, i.e. customer service and honesty. I mention this because in addition to Direct Access Funding I was communicating with two of the largest mortgage lenders in the country. One is as slippery as they come employing age-old "bait & switch" technique hoping that you are so far into the process you will acquiesce to their unethical ways of doing business. The other's customer service was non-existent. They would lie each and every time regarding the quoted interest rate and when calls were set-up to discuss, they would not even get on the call. This happened many times and was not an isolated instance. In short, I have found Mr. Jones to be ethical and above-board in his dealings and would not hesitate at all to contact him if ever I need mortgage funding.

I contacted my previous mortgage holder to refinance and the entire process would require me to pay closing costs of more than $5000. I received a letter from Absolute Home Mortgage offering a better option. I contacted them and Bradley was assigned to me. Bradley explained the entire process and funding requirements from me. To make a long story short, I received a 2.5% APR reduction and no money down closing cost! Excellent experience and I highly recommend Bradley and Absolute Home Mortgage.

Direct Access Funding is a safe and legitimate company to use as your mortgage lender. It might seem a bit strange to apply for such a big loan online, without meeting face-to-face with a loan officer. However, loan officers like James Lee make it real and simple. You have to be patient and more responsive for any document required from your side. it was great for me.
