Brett helped us since Dave retired. Easy to work with and knew just what we wanted. Picked out a suit and Brett measured it and took it right in to get sewed. It was done in 15 minutes and we were able to take it then. Excellent service and he gave us a very good deal. I have been going to Mr Macs for over 30 years.

Tyler was so helpful with my son. He made us feel like the only customers in the store. We love the suit, it’s high quality for an amazing price and it fits perfectly. We are super grateful.

Came in for a suit and some slacks and I was greeted very soon after entering the store. There was no pressure from the salesman I worked with and I walked out with what I feel was a great deal!

From getting someone to help my brother and I, to trying on shirts for size, to getting our shirts, to paying for them, this location was very fast and quick to get us the shirts we liked. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes!

I have changed my view of this place, when got my suits the tayloring was wrong. The pants were 10 inches to long. I live 2 hours from them, when I took them in to get fixed, they treated me like trash. I will never go back to them, nor will I recommend them.

After my husband and I had gone to Men's Warehouse to get him a suit and be very disappointed in it, we were so happy with how it went here at Mr. Mac. The first time we got in there, Brett helped us out right away and knew exactly what size my husband was and went straight to the right color. Then the next week we went to go pick up the suit and Neil was fantastic! Helped get my husband size and was also fun to talk with. It was such a good choice to come here.

Wasn't planning on buying a suit for myself as it was my son's experience shopping for his mission apparel but found a beautiful suit on clearance that looks like it was made for me. Always will be a fan of Mr Mac apparel

One Salesman who we have been particularly impressed with is Sam McCandless he is very “” personable””, he is never pressuring, and wanting to know more about the folks he is helping them with their choices... As a recently Retired Real Estate Developer/ Salesman of 47 years I came to really appreciate good Salesmanship in dealing with people. We went to 6 different stores trying to find a wedding suit for my fiancé with zero luck. When we came here, Steve welcomed us in and helped us find the perfect suit. He was patient with us as we discussed different options, and in the end gave us an amazing deal on a beautiful suit. Highly recommend!

A few minutes before coming here I went to men’s warehouse for a plain black suit. After waiting 10 minutes for help I was given terrible customer service and was told they didn’t have a black suit. I went across the street to Mr. Mac within a few moments I was given help even tho they were extremely busy. I was helped by Jackson I can not say enough good things about him. He was extremely helpful, cool, and easy going. Answered all my questions got me exactly what I wanted I was on a time crunch so he went and asked the tailors personally if they could get this done in under 30 minutes. Was nice to my grumpy 3 year old son. After my experience with Jackson and the quality of work I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will never go anywhere else. The employees were very nice and helpful, it’s a really cool store. I was just getting a mission pin for a missionary I knew, and I think they had a pin for every mission there is. Everything is so well organized and easy to find.

I have friends who work here and are very nice. But of the 3 suits my family bought here 1 was forgotten and never tailored. The other two got their pants tailored but not the jackets. Didn’t hear even an apology from any employee. It’s a completely avoidable and unnecessary stress, I would recommend here based off of my experience.

I worked with SAM THE MAN, I spent like 4 hours looking at suits for my wedding and he had the most patience and expertise ever. He helped me narrow it down out of the countless suits I tried on, and you just know he is a solid guy that genuinely want to help you find the right pick. While he was helping me, another couple came in looking for him as well. So that boosted my confidence in him and the establishment itself if they are having repeat customers. All in all I am happy with my experience there and recommend everyone to go in and ask for Sam.

My husband's suit was ruined just as we were leaving to come to our son's wedding. With no time to spare the employees at Mr MAC's were able to fit him and get us a replacement suit in less than a day. They are amazing!

I have purchased all my suits, shirts, and ties from Mr. Mack for over 25 + years. The quality, the craftsmanship of what I've bought is equal too and is most cases is surpassess excellent, caring customer service. It is a rare thing to find both!

I will be serving a two year mission in the next month. I went to Mr. Mac kinda blindly because I’ve never bought an suites before. However I immediately found assistance from the manager. He too served in New Zealand and gave me some advice and tips for which type of suits and shoe are best. I’m all about the feel of my clothes and he made sure I was as comfortable as possible. After checkout we talked a little bit and I can honestly say I made a new friend! Mr. Mac was definitely worth my time and the customer service is outstanding! God bless!!!

The salesman was very helpful and showed us exactly what we wanted. He even picked the right size suit first pick! Pants were hemmed within 15 minutes. The shoes were awesome and more comfortable than new shoes should be :)

We walked in to pick up the suit and decided that we needed shoes. Within seconds of walking in, someone was there to help us and to give recommendations on style and color of shoes. Ended up getting a shirt too because they were able to accurately measure my husband's needs. Will always get suits from these guys!

After completing the prestigious Mr. Mac challenge of entering the store, touching the back wall, and exiting the store without being spoken to by an attendant, we re-entered with a new mission: finding a suit. We existed not long after with a vest and new shirt and tie in hand, And a suit coat and pants being tailored. Check! Our attendant was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions we had, was friendly and overall helped us have a good time even while working through odd sizes. It was great!

I purchased a suit for my son in October. We have always been impressed with my husbands suits from Mr.Mac and figured we would get our boy a nice one that could last him through high school. He wears this on Sundays only. Come January someone pointed out he had a hole in his suit pants. It’s not along the seam but near the pocket. Almost as if the material just split. He doesn’t recall catching it on anything. I take the $400 suit back in and they tell they can patch it. Making me feel as though they would wear this patched suit in public themselves. When they brought me out the pants I hurried to look at the job hoping it would barley be noticeable, but instead it was a eye sore. I asked if there was anything else they could do for me, and they said no. I mean for a $400 dollar suit pants to only last 4 months id say that’s quality. But you decide for yourself. The manager told me that the material is just a thin material. Well why in the heck would you be selling a $400 cheap suit???? Bottom line we will not be going back. I mean they could’ve given me a discount on a new pair of pants or heck throw in a pair of socks to ease the pain of spending $400 on a suit for 4 months.

Mr mac has outstanding service they helped walk me through step by step to getting all my mission stuff. Their employees are so happy and amazing to work with. They were amazing I would come here for their missionary deal before any other stores.

This was our very first time coming in to buy a suit so we were quite confused as to how everything worked. When we came in there were 6 employees and no one came up to us, I came up and asked for help and I received rude stares from some of the employees. The person who ended up helping us look for a suit did not suggest anything and he did not have attention to detail at all. Overall the atmosphere was not kind and willing to help a customer. Definitely do not recommend and will NOT be coming back.

I went in to buy a white shirt and Landon helped me find the perfect one. I was able to try it on to make sure it fit the way I wanted. I was also able to try on a suit without any pressure to buy one. Great service. I'll certainly be back. Thank you for a good experience.

What a horrible experience! My daughter came looking for some clothes and the employees completely ignored her just because of her appearence. She waited for one of the four employees available to talk to her, but they looked at her, made some rude comments among themselves and didn't want to help her. Other customers entered the store just after her and one of the employees promptly came to help them. We need to stop prejudice actions like this immediately. We can at least treat each other with respect as a human being. We received good references about this store, but the lack of respect was unbearable.

Chase is knowledgeable and quickly found what I wanted with options to choose. He clearly explained the variables associated with the different styles and cuts. Love the suit. Excellent service!

I just had an Exceptional experience at Mr. Mac last night! Sam helped us find the perfect suit for my son’s first dance! He was so on point with measurement and listen to what we wanted And cut, style, price point. He immediately found something that met all of our requirements. He didn’t leave her side until we found an amazing Tie and perfect shirt. I honestly didn’t think I was going to purchase at Mr. Mac, I just wanted to go in and look around. I will definitely be coming back for my son and would recommend anybody to ask for Sam!

Amazing customer service! I wish every store was like Mr Mac! They do all the work. I didn't have to hunt and hunt for sizes. They measure! They keep a card on file with all the sizes and items purchased. They go above and beyond. I needed some pants hemmed and they were able to hem them the same day.

Only 4 star because they didn’t have a whole ton of selection in my size but other than that, it was great!

I've always had trouble getting a fitting suit size, but they found me a great suit on the first try! I feel confident and great in it, and I'm excited to take it home!

My experience here purchasing a suit on Saturday was amazing! Brady had all the professionalism in the world taking care of my needs. He helped me find a great suit that fit very comfortably and was very patient as I tried on a bunch of suits to try to find one that fit and that I loved. He worked out a great deal with me on the suit and I really had an excellent experience getting a suit.

I went to get my wedding suit from Mr. Mac on Aug 22, got measured and was picked out a suit. The salesman was rushing us and not giving us options, I immediately felt like I was wearing my dad's suit with the first one he picked out. I shouldve left at that point but I told the sales guy it was big, and he went down one size and in the dark store it looked okay. It ended up being more than $200 more than the advertised price on the website for suits. I was confused by this but he convinced me at the time that this was going to be alot better suit and I wouldn't regret it. We also picked out a dress shirt, it was massive. He told me it could be tailored to a more slim fit. I picked my suit up a week later and tried it on, the altered pants looked great but we immediately realized the jacket was big on me. Since I was wearing a T-shirt we decided to see how it looked with a dress shirt on at home. We went home and realized immediately on trying it on with a dress shirt in good lighting that the jacket was huge on me. I took the dress shirt to a tailor and she said it could not be altered and was multiple sizes to big for me, both on the torso and neck. I'm going into the store to talk with them to see if they can fix this issue today, by swapping out the jacket for one my size. I have my wedding in a few weeks and I'm now worried that I won't have a suit that is my size for what is supposed to be the happiest day of my life.

I bought two suits, 5 pairs of slacks and 6 shirts here before I went on my mission. All the clothing easily lasted the two years, and my suits are still in great condition! The lifetime tailoring of the suits is really nice. The customer service is great and the quality is high. Definitely worth the price. 5/5, would recommend.

Landon did a great job of listening and asking questions to make sure he understood our needs. Landon never pressured and was very personable. Overall it was a great experience.

Brett Bradley is a singularly outstanding sales consultant. He assisted me in selecting a suit, shirts, ties and shoes. Brett also arranged for 'while you wait' tailoring on one pair of pants, because I live out of state and had a high school reunion this evening. I give Brett and Mr. Mac my highest rating.
