Staff was nice but the wait in the drive-thru service with 1 vehicle ahead of me in 2 of the 3 lanes that were open (the one closest to the building was closed) was 20 minutes and that wait time far exceed what would or should be considered a normal wait time. Outside of the long wait it was reasonably quick to get my transaction completed. I did ask if there was an issue with staff shortage but was told no. Staff 5 stars but 1 start for experience due to long delay coming to average of 3 stars on this visit

Every one of my customers tried to finance a car there end up going through a very hard time. It seems as if they still learning how all that works. There is always something new they need or the want large down payment, when other credit unions will finance 100% with same or lower rate. I sell cars as a used car dealer and never once they dealt smoothly with my customers.

I have been very impressed of the generosity and quality of customer service of this bank. It has been a great ride since opening a checking account a year ago. My recent WOW MOMENT was getting approved for a title loan at double what my car is worth with far less interest rate than Title Loan and all those title loan sharks out there. The money was Perfect timing to keep me afloat until I get paid my first check. Best bank experience ever!!

My wife and I just refinanced with Mountain America and we are very happy with the results! Their representative Spencer R. spent hours with us explaining our options and getting everything in line with our goals. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Persistently the slowest customer service I’ve ever experienced at any MACU in the Utah and SLC valley. If you plan to go into this branch, expect to wait a minimum of 25 minutes in line, even during non-peak hours.

They went far above and beyond the call of duty for what I needed to have happen, then and there. This is the best branch I've communicated with, as I was seeking help for my situation; no other would give me the time of day. Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable are 3 great trademarks to have. Very impressed. After the runaround everywhere else, this was a godsend.

Fridays are the busiest days… it’s terrible they have all but 2 tellers working the counter. Literally waited in line for 40 minutes to be helped. The line was almost to the door behind me. This does not demonstrate efficiency and actually is a service failure.

Had a great experience at Mountain America with the loan officer Kierra! She answered all of our questions…. and trust me, we had a lot!! She deserves a raise!

Went to make deposit in drive thru 2 of there 3 lanes were closed. Had to wait behind someone for 5 mintues. When i sent tube in it took them 3 mintues to tell me they would be with me in just 1 moment. And another 3 to help me. Looks like they only had 1 teller working....

Naika did a phenomenal job at helping me get my new debit and credit card, update my personal info etc (they were stolen, so you already know I wasn’t having a good day) but her efficient work with her job and her positive attitude and enthusiasm made such a tremendous help in making my day better! I always have positive experience with MACU and this is definitely on my top 3!
