I've used Jeff Morrison dozens of times for purchases and refinances for both myself and that of my clients. Hands down Jeff has been the best loan officer I have worked with. He understands the loan programs available and gives straight answers on what he can and can't get done. When trying to get loans done on a time it's important to have a great loan officer working with you and that's why I continue to use and recommend Jeff as often as I can.

Emma was so much help when we were getting our truck loan. She looked at every way we can to make it cheaper & save us money. She was always there when we had questions. If you need any loan done, GO THROUGH EMMA & THIS BRANCH!

Worked with Jeffrey Morrison on refinancing my primary residence as well as a rental property condominium. Both times it was a relatively smooth process and I was informed the entire time of where we were at and if we were waiting on something. On the rental I even had some pretty tight deadlines I had to hit as I was switching from a different lender last minute and we still closed in time. I would and have recommended working with Jeff anytime you have any mortgage needs.

I have never had a better experience with a financial institution. I moved back to the East Coast and STILL kept MACU. Never have I had more knowledgeable people, and well as people that genuinely cared about my financial well-being. This place is the best!!!

I have tried to contact MACU mannnny times about this but with no resolution. In a foreign country *with my travel alerts on* I could NOT gain access to my funds. After spending a fortune on the phone making international calls, I was told that everything on their end looked fine, so I would have to work with the tech team to figure it out. The tech team had no idea what was going on. Anyone who has traveled abroad knows the amount of stress caused when you cannot use your debit or credit card. My credit card had $0 balance and I had plenty of money in my checking account, but my cards were not working. I could not believe the lack of knowledge of what was going on with my card. The moment I stepped into the US my cards worked again with no issues, so it was not an issue with my physical cards… this was EXTREMELY stressful and completely ruined our vacation, not to mention cost us so much money (we had to cancel our rental car reservation, and get a new one under my husband- because it had to be reserved with a credit card under the driver’s name) I have never ever everrrrr been so frustrated or put into such an awful position by a company. I’m giving you two stars, because I loved and was loyal to MACU for a long time, now I can’t stand having them as my financial institution.

Overall, this is a great credit union, and this is a great location - usually well staffed, and always attentive to my financial needs. I do find I have some financial requests such as pulling money off a Visa gift card or other entity cards that they can't service. I end up having to go to Wells Fargo to complete those transactions. I wish I didn't have to go to two different places to satisfy my banking needs.

I always have had a good experience at this branch, with good customer service and short wait times. The drive-thru teller that helped me today (July 12th, early afternoon) was outstanding and absolutely wonderful. Her name was a little hard to catch over the drive-thru speaker, but she was really friendly, helped complete my transaction accurately and quickly, and made me feel like a valued member of the credit union. It is employees like her that make Mountain America stand out as a top tier credit union, and that keep me coming back for my banking needs.

Chelsea jones helped me transfer over debt to a lower rate credit card, she was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me and why it was the best option. If you don’t know much about credit or are just starting out I would recommend going and talking with her about what hurts and builds your credit! She was amazing!
