I moved to Utah about four months ago, and I finally decided to move my finances to a local credit union from my Arizona credit union. This one is close to my home and has great reviews, so I went in this morning. I was helped by loan officer Celia. She was terrific. She made moving a relaxing experience; explained the app to me since I’m not IT smart, and answered all my many questions. Thank you Celia, you’re the best!

Mountain America Credit Union is the best financial institution I have ever worked with. The service is always outstanding and every employee makes you feel like they are willing to go above and beyond. My husband and I just refinanced our car loans with Mercedes and the experience was 10/10. She attended to every detail and kept the process moving quickly even when we had to leave before everything could be finished. I couldn't recommend Mercedes enough.

Mountain America was really helpful. They made me feel confident and informed banking with them. They gave me the assurance that I can move/transact/use my money freely unlike America First. Would recommend to everyone!

This credit union has only been open a few weeks but they are already the best I have ever come across. I went in to open up my daughter a savings account and came out having received the most amazing service - particularly from Amanda who on the same visit, has made my finances so much more manageable for me. I didn’t even consider consolidating my debt prior to my visit, yet she approached me with the option, having looked at my account while I was there and today I received a call to let me know my loan had been approved. I love this bank, for its customer service and benefits and it is very close to home. but please please please we need workers who can speak Spanish!!!

Needed to help our single-mom daughter get a more reliable vehicle and although our credit is excellent, our debt-to-income ratio was above the 50% threshold for the car loan. Instead of saying we couldn't get a loan, Whitney at the Daybreak Branch problem-solved, and we were able to consolidate some debt through a signature loan and then get the car deal done. My husband & I went I to open accounts. It was so easy & painless. We acquired a refinance vehicle loan @ the same time which was easy as well except for getting the payoff from "another"company! That payoff took longer than the vehicle loan did itself! ( note nothing to do with MACU) it was the prior vehicle co., Great people, plan to be with them along time!

Tristyn S. was absolutely amazing , she saved my husband and I almost 400 a month!! I called about a credit limit increase and she not only helped me with what I needed, she went deeper into my account and we fixed other loans as well as our car loan! Amazing customer service!!!!
