Mountain America Credit Union Main St, Billings

Only been a member since early January and been up there several times after setting up my account. They've always been so helpful and so genuinely nice to my husband and I. Will definitely be using them for the long haul! As my husband said, We went from a valley to a peak! Truer words haven't been said about how much I really appreciate the employees in these trying times! :)

My husband and I have worked with MACU for over a year now, when we bought my husband truck last year they knocked the dealer rate out of the park! Not only that but they called us and asked about financing our other vehicle and refinanced our personal loan and cut the rates by more then half. 2 weeks ago we worked with Sarah on a vehicle out of state and my husband on the road she was super quick transparent and Customer service was to the nines! She got us the best rate ever and worked with our schedules to sign paper work and always answered our calls or called right back. Hands down the best experience and customer service we have ever had in the many years of loans we have had. Highly recommend going to them for any and all needs!

I would like to give a big shout out to MACU in the Billings heights!! It was by far the best experience I have ever had dealing with a credit union/ bank! Since I walked through the door. The lobby was in immaculate condition the employees were super friendly! And as helpful as anyone could ever ask for! I went in there for a loan application and the lady who helped me went above and beyond to make sure my visit was easy and well explained. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone who is frustrated with their current bank and looking for a change.

Every time i come in Daizey is always there making me feel welcome and answers any potential questions i might have! I’ve never had any problems with setting up my account or receiving my cards. Every visit is fast and efficient, these people know how to do their job and they all do it well!

Daizey and Courtney got me a great deal compared to my old bank, and helped me with a low interest credit card, MAC is very professional and thoughtful.

I've been with Mountain America Credit Union since I worked for Mountain Bell Telephone in Salt Lake City in 1980 (was UTELCO back then). I don't know how they find their people, but they are, without exception, the most friendly, courteous, and professional folks I have ever dealt with anywhere or anytime. I don't get into the branch offices very often lately, but when I do it seems they always impress me. The people are enough to keep MACU as my primary financial institution. But, when you also consider their rates and other services they are simply the best. Well done all.

This place is amazing and super helpful. I worked with Josie and she went above and beyond to assist with my vehicle finance. They also found they could help me lower payments with my other vehicle and insurance. Definitely a first for me to get this kind of service from a bank. Will definitely use them again and recommend.

Only rating 2 because of an employee.. They did great with our loan and everything for the truck, but Daisey performed 0 follow up and failed to complete the set up of our bank account, resulting in us being charged and overdrafted. We also did not receive debit cards. I see why she's not the branch manager at Valley anymore.

I went inside the branch office in Billings Mt to inquire about a savings account. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were courteous and professional. It was a good experience.
