Such great deals! Just got a Nintendo ds in good condition for $30 and then at the counter it was rank up for $25 will come back

The staff was hit and miss. Sometimes they treated me with respect, sometimes I was ignored. Since they stopped taking movies, I never stop in anymore as the prices on tools isn't that great. I recommend National Pawn down the road. Their staff is always friendly and they have a much better selection

The staff here are AWESOME, upbeat, and personable! My favorite individual is Chris because he has always given 100% customer satisfaction. Huge inventory and very clean store, probably one of the better organized stores in Billings. Thanks for all you do Chris, keeps me coming back every time!

I visit this store frequently. Over my visits I have had several issues with the staff. Primarily with an older man that works there. On several occasions he refused to go below sticker price on items priced well above retail. It is not the customers fault that the shop purchased something for an amount that did not account for devaluation. When I have informed him of these discrepancies' I was met with aggression and rude behavior.I mostly stick to the Broadwater location now.

The older man working there is a very rude person. I went in looking for a deal on an item.When I found what I was looking for I stated that they are asking full retail and asked if he would come down. He said they had wiggle room but offered no price. Stating they go for 1/3 of retail. I offered a price around half of retail keeping in mind this item was in nowhere close to new condition. The older man instantly blew up insulting me and saying I have a "sorry life". I probably would have accepted a price pretty close to what they had it marked for but he never even counter offered.

Should stay open later then 5pm. Most people work till 5pm hard to shop at most of these store when they are all closed

If you know how a pawn shop has to work or should work and stop pretending anything you take in there is worth gold... but want a fair decent deal.. You will never find a better group of good guys that will help you out to the best of there ability. Been aroun the block more than once with multiple places and these guys are hands down most fair! Sounds like alot of people are way off base never had a problem in there, and im in there alot for misc items mostly tools but they allways have good aditutes. I do see a lot of nasty costomers though which i probably see in the comments. they pay atlest half used value, its a buisness not a charity.

Was just trying to save some time and sell my laptop directly (rather than online). Still a great Apple laptop. I realize pawn services are helpful when people fall short - but the undercutting and rudeness - wow! I went in with an idea of what they're re-selling for online, but the offer was WAY off base! I can search things too. Yep, the older guy seems to have a reputation.

This store discriminates against those who can't wear a mask. Masks are dangerous if not used properly. They lost me as a customer. I refuse to shop anywhere that enforces this unhealthy practice.
