Called the store and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasent to deal with. She took several minutes out of her day to search for an item for me. Then she did me a solid and held on to it untill I got of work. I will definitely return for more business here.

We had such a wonderful experience today shopping for a few coats with such personable help from Patty. We have been visiting Montana from Australia and wanted to take home something special to remember the trip - Patty helped us to find some great pieces at reasonable prices. Awesome service and amazing quality pieces. We had a great experience, thanks Patty!

This is a great business. Very easy to work with and very helpful.

All the staff were super rude. I had a male friend pawn an item no problem and so I went to pawn something as well and they didn’t even talk to me for five minutes and said they’d pass (my assumption is they’re a little sexist). Never had a good experience here they need to hire a younger employee or something the old men are just rude. If I could put negative stars I would.

This is one of my favorite shops I’ve ever been in! Cindy was the biggest help and very patient while I tried on different items. I loved the merchandise from clothes to house goods. There was a range of reasonable prices and something for everyone!

Bought a Will James book for $100. Found it on eBay for $29 in better condition. Copy I bought, all pen and ink illustrations had been colored by a child. What a disappointment. After my review posted, I was contacted by Andy the owner. He explained that when items are priced at current market value that sometimes the value changes and with their large inventory they have trouble keeping up with all of the pricing.He was willing to refund half the amount that I paid, which I thought was fair.

Amazing little treasure trove with vintage and Native American finds for the discerning eye. Our helper, Patty, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We found some great jewelry and a buffalo skin jacket. We skipped the guns...

Here's a tip: don't keep gas engine pawn items inside near the front door. The gasoline fumes we're so bad in the entire front of the store it was a health hazard, and a major fire risk!! Otherwise an interesting shop, with an impressive selection of Native American art, crafts, jewelry and clothing. Prices seemed high, but I'm not super familiar with current market rate.

Another example of a terrible business. The staff are rude, items are overpriced, and there are no fair bargains to be found whether it's buying or selling. I suggest anyone who reads this do not bring your belongings to Western pawn you will get nothing for them. Use let-go or marketplace on Facebook guaranteed to make more money than Western Pawn will ever offer and you'll meet more friendly people. The staff at Western Pawn or impolite and downright rude.
