    Yeah I just pawned a near mint condition butterfly knife(with paperwork) for a few dollars I needed for the week and when handed the blade to the employee(new guy obviously) and he decides to hand it to another employee who decided to flip the knife as if it were his. When I placed the knife back in the box the second employee(Mr. flipper) made a snarky remark saying that knives are made for cutting not collecting. Never had a problem with first national pawn until now. Just because you play with garbage knives doesn’t mean you gotta treat me or mine with the same respect.

    I went in today and saw a couple items that I wanted to buy but I couldn't get anyone to open the case. I asked 2 times and they were more interested in their phones. Very disappointing.

    Fair, professional, and respectful describe the how the staff at first national pawn treat their customers. The pawning business is a hard sector to thrive in and I think they do an outstanding job. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

    They changed my dads bolt on his rifle he was purchasing while he wasn’t looking and told him they will go bag it up and instead put on a rusty bolt. And still had to pay full price. Come on first National pawn. Not cool.

    I called to see if they had any trumpets for my son who is in 5th grade band. I didn’t want to spend a ton and was very up front about that. Taylor went and checked for me and said he had three that might work. I went in and looked at the 3 options, picked one and was about to leave when I saw the flutes. My daughter plays the flute in H.S. and needs a new one, they had a Trevor James which is a great brand for pretty cheap! I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure if it was the kind she needed. They clearly explained their no refunds policy and that they would buy it back for half, if I decided it wasn’t the right one. I chose to purchase it and risk it. I drove away and met my daughter at work literally five minutes later and she said it was not the right one because it was missing some holes or something lol...I drove back and asked if I could return it since I had barely even left with it. They let me look and see if they had the right kind and they didn’t. Taylor got me the manager, whose name I didn’t catch, but he was very understanding and let me do a refund. He even gave me cash so I didn’t have to wait for it to hit my card. I know this was outside their policy and I want to say thank you for making the exception!

    I will NEVER EVER GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS PAWN SHOP AGAIN!!! the "manager" Paul was rude and ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to even try to stand behind my purchase of a Sentry safe. The 30 days guarantee had passed, however, when i asked if they could get me into another safe for a more reasonable price (I paid $115) He completely refused to work wirh me and was rude a told me he "doesnt give a way free stuff"...which i NEVER asked for. What I ASKED for was someone to help troubleshoot why the safe was stuck in the open position or to see if I could buy another safe at a discounted rate as a repeat and loyal customer. He told me it wasnt his fault I forgot the combination (proving that he never even bothered to understand WHY I was EVEN THERE!) I find it hard to believe the owners are aware that their so called "manager" is treating customers in this manner. When I asked about getting HIS boss's information he refused to take a message to have someone call me AND he refused to tell me the owner's name and contact information. There are plenty of orher pawn shops in town I would encourage EVERYONE to shop/sell orhet places in town

    These guys are the most professional, caring people in the business. Even when another place lost my friends merchandise, they still cared enough to tell me what they could to help. Sometimes when you have a big family and just need a little extra help to get from one month to the next we need people like the employees at First National. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

    Someone should teach these guys what customer service is. It is possible to be polite and kind while enforcing your arbitrary rules. If your employee had not been snarky we would have been very happy to comply. Instead we went a couple blocks over to Daddy-o's and spent $1200 on a rifle there.

    I usually get some video games and some movies here they clean your disc before you leave if you ask so that’s super helpful. They have good deals if your there on a good day. Usually they have one or two people out and about so if you want something don’t be afraid to ask. I have to say it’s nice when I get bored and want to just look around they’ve got a lot of stuff to look at.

    Got a ps4 from them but all the account information was still on the ps4. I could have gotten all of their information but i am a decent human being and deleted all of that. If you are selling electronics delete your information. Others will not be so kind.

    Was told to leave the store, because I medically cannot wear a mask. I had been in the store for about 20 minutes and then walked over to a counter to look at guns while no one else was around me and they told me I could I could not be in the store even if I had medical clearance to not wear a mask. I will never come back hear again.

    The staff they have are rude and don't offer fair bargains. I feel like they already have there minds made up before approaching the counter and they make me feel unwantened and judged. The way they talk to customers is completely wrong and out of line. We're are the supervisors? It's almost as is if they let retards run the store. I suggest using let-go or Facebook marketplace for selling your items you'll get more for your items and meet friendlier people.

    I have been a shopper here for many years. But the last 4 or 5 trips have been less than good. Today I asked we could hook up and check out a computer the guy tells me they are too busy. The employees have gotten lazier and ruder over the years. My visit today will be my last.
