My boyfriend and I are in the process of buying our house. We were supposed to close last Thursday. They are ignoring our calls. They have not sent the paper work to the title company on time and they keep pushing the closing date. When asked why they are not doing their job they don't have an answer. We both took off last week to close and move. We lost money for taking off. Utilities are on in our name and we are not in the house yet. Our girls are not in school yet because they keep pushing our close date and don't have answers. On top of that they keep changing the closing cost. Very upset and disappointed. I won't use them again and we are stuck.
