PCB is a great place to bank. They are friendly and helpful like a small town bank but have the depth and expertise of a large Corporate bank. I have never encountered anyone who was not anxious help. They act as if they own it.

I have been a customer of PCB through our organization as well as personally for the past few years and their customer service and community support is unparalleled. I can't imagine a more civic-minded bank in America and thank the bank and its employees for their amazing support and service to all of us in the community. If I could give PCB more than 5 stars, I would absolutely give them the max! Keep up the great work!

Everyone that I have encountered at PCB is awesome. They put in lots of overtime when we all applied for the Paycheck Protection Program loan and I would venture to say they probably got all those applications processed in record time. I've banked here for 20+ years and they are all very efficient and friendly.

I had a checking account with PCB for approximately 8 years. I then moved to a different town and had trouble accessing my funds, depositing checks, etc. I closed my account in 2020, shortly after I received my first Coronavirus relief check directly deposited into my PCB account. Without knowing there would be a second round of Coronavirus checks sent out. When I found out there would be another round of direct deposits sent out, I immediately called PCB to ask if there was any possible way to receive my direct deposit and they were extremely rude and clearly lacked compassion to my situation. They said that I was out of luck and that they were going to reject my direct deposit back to the IRS and that I would have no choice but to take it up with the IRS. I am completely mind blown that a bank that is supposedly so involved in caring about the people of their community would make things for their former customers even more difficult during a PANDEMIC. This is not a directly deposited paycheck or a tax refund, this is a Coronavirus Relief payment because the millions of people in America are struggling from this horrible virus. To make it impossible for someone to receive their funds "just because" they have the power to do so is completely wrong and is TERRIBLE customer service. I work for a bank myself and we have a list of closed accounts in which we are specifically pulling to call all our of former customers to ensure they are able to access their relief funds during this tough time. THAT is compassion and THAT is how a community bank treats their former and current customers. All of their "community involvement" is simply for the social media attention clearly. I hope my review is considered when you are choosing who you want to bank with, I 10/10 do NOT recommend PCB.

Phelps County Bank is Awesome!! Ben Tipton was recommended to us several years ago when we decided to build our retirement home. Then we decided to open our business and again Ben was our guy! The loan department is the best I've ever seen in my years of loan dealings. Once again, with the PPP SBA program Ben called us and explained terms clearly and told us what we needed to have to apply. We were approved within a short amount of time. Thank you Ben and all the members of PCB for your tireless commitment to our community!

PCB is a must. I've always done my banking as well as my family. We have multiple business accounts, church account and personal accounts through them. They are always helpful and full of knowledge. They went one step further in assistance when handling the SBA PPP loan in response to COVID-19. No other bank responded with the pro-activity or assistance that PCB did in regards to helping small businesses navigate through this tricky situation. Thank you PCB!!!

This was the BEST banking experience I have ever had! I also passed them along to another company who has said the same thing about them. If you ever decide to branch into Pettis County, you have 2 customers immediately!! Every single person I dealt with went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of our needs and ensure we had ZERO problems. Best bank ever. Phelps County was ready when the PPP Loan applications were open. They provided clear instructions, a spreadsheet for calculations and a portal to upload all your data. Loans were processed within 3 days they went over and above to insure our small business customers had what they needed to continue to do business during the Pandemic. My hats are off to ALL of the employees for stepping up and helping in a time of great need.

We are moving from Texas to Rolla, MO and went to Phelps County Bank to request a loan for a mortgage on a house we are purchasing there and to open checking and savings accounts. The staff there treated us like we are billion dollar account customers! Their customer service is top notch.
