Every time I go into the branch everyone greets me and is smiling! Such a positive atmosphere! Highly recommend this bank! Recently did a mortgage loan and got a rate I was very satisfied with, Andrea was very knowledgeable and professional! Would rate 10 stars if optional

Lisa Lewis needs to teach all the other employees how to smile and be polite to customers. Lisa is the only one who acts like she loves her job. Without Lisa I’m sure a lot of customers would go elsewhere. She makes the Rolla branch run good.

Infuze credit union is Great!!! I have had bad experiences with some other banks and people hacking my account so that’s why I switched to infuze about 4 years ago and I have never had 1 issue. The ladies are all really nice and quick to help. Today I went in and Jackie Liera was my teller and she was very informative about a money order and a cashiers check!!!

I could go on and on about Jackie. She is amazing and always does her absolute best to help me with anything I need. The bank is so clean and the other girls are just as friendly. I like that the branch in Walmart is open late.

Jackie is the nicest person I have ever met. She always goes above and beyond for her customers. I wouldn't give up this bank just because of her.

Was supposed to call me back. Concerning my checks being delivered to them so I could pick them up at the C.U. Never did. The checks were sent from the printer on the beginning of the month. Had called the office about this.. Said they had no checks. Over 2 months went by. The checks for me to pick up were there. No one bothered to call me as previously arranged. No one! Then the bank card got locked up because of an erroneous charge. "Zero dollars and zero cents" How was I to know this type of charge?? Locked the card. Was told by the fraud division. Infuse could unlock it. The girl still did not understand. Yet fraud division person told me."we work for the credit union. And they tell us what to do." "We work for them" Never got a return phone call. The representative seldom answered her phone. And emails went unanswered. Poor relationship and service never existed. Went back to my trusted bank in Phelpes. ATM hours are 24 hour. You don't need to raise your hand to get permission to use your card. Just because you travel as part of your job. Wish I had known ALL of this before I moved over to this place.. Say one thing. And do an entirely different result. Some of the young kids working there. Should never answer the phone. Don't have a clue what is going on. Kids trying to act like adults.. Ya know the "fake until you make it" type. You will find yourself, stating the same thing more than twice. To me that just shows me how ignorant these young kids are. You get what you pay for. Banking institutions and credit unions generally aren't the high paying jobs. So you end up with stuck on stupid.. Right before your very eyes. And in living color.

The Infuze bank in Rolla is great! I love how friendly and helpful the staff is. It was super easy to open an account and everyone is so eager to help. I love how it has the charm of a small hometown bank but all the benefits of the much larger banks. No other bank could come even close to their interest rates for loans!! I highly RECOMMENDED Infuze of Rolla!!!

We applied for a loan and Lisa Lewis was great. She was very nice. The process took less than an hour to complete. She was very efficient. I wish everyone would be as kind as her and this world would be better off.

Infuzed credit union wow were do I start. Well after serving honorably in the US ARMY for more then a decade my wife and I decided to purchase our first home. As any homeowner knows this process could be a difficult process to navigate. Well, not if you have a Michelle Slone on your team. The process was as stress free as one can want. Michell walked me and my wife through the whole process. No question went unanswered and we always left her office feeling confident that we are in good hands. Michelle went above and beyond to insure that my family was taken care of and we could not ask for a better experience. Everytime I go in to Infuzed I try and let her know how much we appreciate her time and relentless dedication customer service. Mrs. Slone is a silent professional that others should strive to emulate. In addition to applying for my home loan I have done many other business dealings with Infuzed and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks Michelle!
