Our experience with Amelia and Mortgage Financial Services was amazing! Amelia was well informed and a great communicator who did not take one bit of information for granted. As a first time homebuyer this brought tremendous value to us! I think that after doing this for a long time some mortgage lenders and loan originators sometimes skip steps or hold back information and they forget that first time homebuyers really don't know anything. This was NOT the case with Amelia. She made sure we had all of the information, provided options and she moved obstacles out of the way to make things happen.
