I love working with Independence Title. Their fees are reasonable and I think what really sets them apart from other companies is their proactive and efficient way of solving problems. I don’t even have to lift a finger when I’m using them as the Title company. I work with Ellie Krause. She and her EC Team are the best. They go above and beyond every single time. I know they work long hours in the past for me to get my files closed. Susan Taylor their Business Development Officer always updating me on classes they offer for realtors as well as materials I can use as a Realtor for my marketing needs. They offer remote signing making it easy and convenient for you.I have been working with them since 2016 and they’re my go to for all title needs!

Worked with Rick Faulk to help us close on our first home. Had a great experience. Took the time to explain everything and made what I was expecting to be a very stressful process feel very comfortable.
