I have used their services now for several months. Not only was the place always very clean, but the people were remarkably friendly and very easy to work with! They even extended my loan due date to account for an extra couple days to better fit my schedule, for a comfort cushion in case my payday was delayed to prevent extra costs. I was very pleased with my experience! This was unexpected due to poor experiences at other locations. I will never visit any other branch!

You're allowed 8 loans in a year. I'm on loan number 6 and haven't even been able to take out my full loan limit due to their companies policies. You start at the bottom and have to take out 3 or 4 loans just to work your way up to your full limit. Don't go on a payment plan, even if you pay it off on the first payment you're bumped back down to half. If you return, you might as well waste all your remaining loans being punished working your way back to the top. Go somewhere else, don't waste your time. They also don't tell you anything. They just take your money and then act like they don't know why you just paid back $100 more than what you're allowed to take back out, so you end up walking out the door confused and screwed. Never once walked out of this place feeling like I am better off or even like it helped my situation like it's supposed to. Ace needs to come back, they were always there for their customers and didn't make you feel like a lowly broke a** human being for taking out a payday loan. This company is scandalous to say the least and doesn't give a crap about their customers even if you have loaned there for years. Mess up once and your back to the bottom. Boy, do they know how to punish people.

Worst customer service they claim they called the owner of the check to verify the check but I found out from the owner they never gave him a call.and I was unable to cash the check. They probably thought it was fake and it felt like discrimination.thinking about filing a lawsuit?

Won't cash my payroll check because I work at a cannabis farm. It's 2021, get with it guys.

The staff was helpful and knowldgable. They didn't judge, but worked to help and answered all of my questions

The worst experience ever the lady was rude as hell and not professional at all. I didn't get her name in which I wish I did because I would put her on blast on how rude and unprofessional she is.

They are not very clear on procedures. They tell you false information and when you try to do what they say(make payment arrangements) then they tell you something else. Was told to call in to make payment arrangements but they just took the money out of account and said in order to make payments you have to come in before 3pm because you “have to watch them do it on the computer.” When I talked to the lady she was extremely rude. All in all bad customer service.

Always been great when I've been in , staff is always friendly and do their best to help if they can . Very happy with their service .
