Shockingly unprofessional. I tried to make a payment for my boyfriend’s car, the lass at the front was on the phone and greeted me nice enough. I should have just waited. There’s my first mistake. When I was told the other one could help me she threw down her embroidery and huffed at me as if I was interrupting her much more important yarn ball thing. I was astounded at the lack of warmth or customer service I received. Will not be going back. Ever. Plus the rates are unmerciful. Thirty six percent for a used car is murder.

I financed my car with them and even came back for a 2nd loan and the answer was yes without hesitation they cut me a check. Very friendly staff. The office manager there is very professional and will find ways to help you out. Thank you

Horrible, not trustworthy, lack integrity. Worst business to deal with them, go to Tacoma office where honesty, integrity is . Jason will take care of you . I be glad when this loan paid off. When Jason was in Parkland he was great and his professionalized was awesome!

Great company. They work with you. It doesn't matter how bad your credit is. As long as you pay them on time, they will help you out. I had to have surgery and they helped me by pushing my payments back. Recently, my truck had to be repaired because my transmission went out and they paid for it to be repaired and then added it to my balance on my loan. This is a great company. I been to alot of places and this one is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I went to the parkland office. Need a loan, I highly recommend united financial.

These guys are the best to work with. They truly care about their customers and help you so you do not get behind on your loan with them. With Covid-19 and waiting for unemployment to come in the last thing you want to worry about is paying bills or possibly losing your car. Nicole went the extra mile and helped me stay current and was very polite and cheerful. It says a lot about this locations people and management. I am very grateful for their help when I needed them. And they will always be recommended for anyone that needs helped with a loan with them.

Got my car refinanced with United finance. Andrew is da bomb diggity very professional and easy to work with. He's going to the Auburn office sad face but both places are awesome. I would also like to add that they are genuinely not trying to screw you over like other places. I refinanced and only added a few more months to my pay off instead of other places that want you to pay your call off two times over. My credit score has also improved 100% because of their reporting my on time payments.

Company values are questionable. Jason is unreasonable and very rude when it comes to understanding hardships. Even after you make on time payments for over a year!! Will never go through United finance again. I reffered a friend here definitely called her back today and told her to not to go!! So way to lose at least three new customers.
