I bought a Garmin 945 watch from this pawn shop, driving down from Seattle, as it was a good deal compared to other used prices. This place’s overwhelmingly positive reviews played a big part in trusting this business. The customer service was straight forward and felt fair. After 4 days of using the watch, it appears to work well.

I like going here when I need a loan. Kirsten is the store manager. Kirsten is very polite helpful and gives you a great deal. She also makes everything easy and comfortable. I enjoy seeing her when I go here I recommend coming here.

Unfortunately, google doesnt have a 6+ star rating. These guys are definitely exceeding 5 stars. I am thoroughly impressed with the overall fantastic customer service from the initial phone call I had made to the last-second drop off. They were welcoming, pleasant, and generous with their loan offer. I was extremely surprised at how quick and smooth the transaction was. We will be doing more business in the near future. Let me start off by saying that I live in Seattle and only do business with this US Pawn. Great customer service, great people. They always do the best they can to help you out! I appreciate the owner and his staff for always being genuine and kind. Maryanna is the best! They also let you text them for quotes on items that you are looking to pawn or sell. This saves you time and is super helpful. This is the only place I come to get a loan or sell items too! Their team is always super nice and understanding. They are very reasonable with their quote and work with me every time I was going to be late or could come in to make a payment . I really like their sms services too! You can send a picture and get a quote or pay your fiancé fee online. Super useful .

I desperately needed a new phone after smashing mine that morning. Found an ad on OfferUp for a nice cheap phone they had in stock. Walked into a very helpful and friendly crew could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. Travis, Mariana and Kade all teamed up to help me make sure my sim card worked and I am now using this phone the next day loving it and am going to check out their second location which YOU reading this should also do I've shopped both stores now and can verify they will always have something you want and yes they do payments/layaway.

Don't shop here! Bought a used iRig Pro at a good discount. Took it home and realized it lacks power cord and two other cords, making it unusable and only operable w/ AA batteries. I was under the impression it was the full package when I bought it here - there was no disclaimer on package, no "Comes as is" warning - that it isn't functional. Might be good info for someone who has never seen one before! So I brought it back with the receipt, explained the situation and they said I can't return it. The orange-haired lady was not understanding or pleasant in the slightest. Then I asked if I could sell it back to them. She "looked up" the value in 3 seconds and offered me HALF of what I paid. What a joke. Then she says I can just sell it on offer up. Or, maybe you can not be a shady business and accept a return and not lose a customer forever. Obtuse business practices. Will never be back here again. I recommend steering clear of this pawn shop, there are plenty more on Pacific Ave that are actually nice to work with.

Nice small pawn shop right off Pac Ave. I was on mission for something specific and hit several that were open on a Sunday. Although they didn't have what I was initially looking for, I still didn't leave empty handed. No pressure at all regarding the purchase, they had something that caught my eye. Honestly kinda got me into pawn shop hunting. You'd be surprised at what you would find!!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Bought a laptop thinking it had a DVD but it did not. They helped me find an external DVD drive and even paid for it. More than fair at this shop. And it's clean and organized. Don't pass it up.

Just drove 35 minutes to go to us pawn in Tacoma because of the great reviews. The lady was really nice but offered me $3 for items that would sell for between $15-20. So I really don't get what the hype is about because they are just a normal pawn shop. 1 star for all the fake reviews.

All because of the manager! She stepped in after one of her employees gave me a really rude attitude and brushed me off. If he didn’t send me off to her I probably would be leaving a very different kind of review. Huge s/o to the friendliness, quick & easy service the manager gave me without hesitation or questioning me like her employee did because I was right anyway.
