I went to get a loan on a amplifier I recently purchased that's was less then the amplifier value. ($700) brand new..... I asked for $300 and the clerk said let me ask my manager. She turned saying we looked it up used and the value is 350 but we can offer you $80. Which she includes was an amazing offer, in mind I was only getting a loan not trying to sale.... SMH I've been going to money man pawnshop for years and this has to be my worst experience ever

This is a crooked pawn shop. They will not call you or notify you in any form. If you’ your pawn is about to expire. Please do not give them any thing extra with your pawn. Because they will sell that as well even though you didn’t agree to pawn the extra items. They don’t mind giving you money. Your going to catch hell getting your stuff back.

This store is full of rude and disrespectful people. The manager Monica is the worst. Just be prepared to know that if you go get a loan on your property but somehow make them mad or upset they will sabotage your property and you will get it back with something wrong. Plus they will redo your paperwork to reflect wrong information in their computer but expect you to just take the loss. The manager should be fired along with most of the staff and the store should be put under investigation.

Recently purchased a DSLR camera from this location and couldn't be happier. I don't buy a lot of items from pawn shops (especially high-end electronics/devices), but I was in a pinch to get an affordable replacement camera for my business. The Money Man staff were very helpful and allowed me to thoroughly checkout & test the device before buying. So far so good with this camera (which cost about 40% less than buying new) and thanks to the female employee who helped me there (I think she was from California?) -- Cheers --

Bought a new pistol on Saturday, brought it and would not eject bullets. Took it back Sunday and wanted to exchange it for a more expensive pistol and they said no will have to take it to gunsmith myself and see if it can be fixed. Not my first experience with this at this location but it will be my last. Make sure you know there return policy before purchasing anything with this store. Like I said brand new and only 24 hours later and I have a new gun that won't function and they are not willing to make it right

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT take your business here. They will accuse you of stealing anything you bring in to sell. I had some older gold necklaces and rings that were gifted to me, specifically to sell the gold because they were older styles of jewelry aka not my taste and both women working accused me of stealing them like a thief looking for quick cash. They said they couldn’t do business with me unless my grandmother was there with her ID. What? I guess I should have FaceTimed her from the grave considering she’s been gone since 2018. Good grief, find another place to give your business, these women don’t deserve it.

I have used Pawn Shops for years to buy, sell, and get loans on quality items. Even when the manager isn’t sure about an item, they will typically view my history and see that I do good business, then assist me. I’ve sold game systems, electronics, high end appliances and guns to locations throughout the area. I have bought jewelry, weapons, and a couple of electronics from pawn shops. Yet I walked into this location recently and the bleach-blonde manager denied me straight out the gate, wouldn’t hear me, and advised me to “try another location.” She didn’t see how much I wanted for the brand new (still in the box) laptop with tracking info, whether I was seeking a loan, or wanting to sell or check what they would buy it for. She just shut me down like I was trying to sell stolen products, stating “she could lose her license if audited.” Girl What? I am a small business owner working out of my home, hardly a con artist or thief. I clean and organize houses and often I sell items for clients, accept their discarded items then turn a profit for myself using apps like OfferUp and Facebook Marketplace and occasionally the pawn shop when I get impatient. I get it, it’s the pawn shop. But aside from looking me up in the system what could she possibly use to make an assumption about my character? Hmm. What could it be?

I entered today with my boyfriend who knows about small engines so I brought him with me to talk to them because I don’t know much about the topic. I have a generator and chainsaw I wanted to sell. The lady was very nice and then she asked how old my boyfriend was and he answered 17 and I answered that I was 19 she said that we would have to leave because he was under 18 and stated that no one was allowed in the building who was under 18. He has been in that pawn shop many times growing up and has never had a problem. I returned without him and she very rudely told me to leave. Her name was Ronnie. Me and my boyfriend will not be returning.

Got a loan on my laptop. That part of the experience was quick and easy. But when I went back to retrieve it, I called 30 minutes prior and asked if they’d like to expedite the transaction by getting my laptop from the back so whenever I get there, I can just swipe my card, sign some papers, and get on with my day. They didn’t do that, but whatever. Protocol. Whenever the girl walks from the back, she hands me....someone else’s laptop. With a sticker with my name and whatever identifying number they use. Transaction number or whatever. I immediately say this is not my laptop, and proceed to get snide remarks from the apparent manager while she “checks the serial number” of the incorrect laptop, as if she doesn’t believe me that they handed me so one else’s laptop. After about 5-10 minutes they finally did bring out my laptop. So overall everything was fine, but the mismanagement of my property clearly could result in something worse in the future for someone else. Are they mislabeling guns? Do you want your property handed to someone else because they don’t know how to label and store items? Will definitely not return to this location, and will stick to the Farmington Rd location from here on out.

Tried to pawn an item that was 5 years old and lightly used but they wouldn't take it because I kept clean, it looked new and I didn't have a receipt. I couldn't prove that I bought it...5 years ago, so they assumed I stole it! They're not pawn men, they're con men!
