I recently applied for the PPP loan and I was seriously blown away with the responsiveness and ease with using MoFi. These application processes are often tedious and you feel like you’re doing it all on your own. I had the complete opposite experience with MoFi. It was straight forward and convenient. I was even assigned someone to communicate with directly. Kristen was extremely responsive and always tried to stay one step ahead to make sure my loan was funded as soon as possible. I would 110% use them again and would recommend them to a friend 😊

Gave us hope, said we were approved, and then turned us down last minute on a small technicality that could have been worked through but they chose not to. Wasted $200 on the application fee. The girl that made the decision hides behind her receptionist and is never available. Terrible customer service, they are rude and do not care about their customers. Dont waste your time with this company- read other reviews posted all over the web- I am not the only one complaining about these same topics. This company SUCKS!

Worst customer service i've ever experienced.

I just can’t say enough about the amazing people and organization that is MoFi. They have helped my small business so much in the last 6 months. From refinancing my businesses startup costs (they turned us down initially a year previously! But they turned us down with an actual explanation and tips on how to improve...and a year later they financed us!), to being rock stars with the PPP loan. I had a MoFi team helping me with the PPP application, and it only took a week from when I first reached out to when the money for the PPP loan was in my account. Working with Mofi has allowed me to finally have a good nights sleep during the pandemic. Thank you MoFi.
