Of all the places in town this is the most reasonable and most the time they are fair. Don't go to the Latina Mngr not very reasonable all the time. I'll go here over the other one 1st.

Very laid back atmosphere and the customer service is great

Horrible customer service, the manager Flo is what they called her, (how ghetto) was so rude, I tried to pawn some gold jewelry and because it was 30 minutes to closing she was to lazy to test and wiegh it. She looked a mess and smelled like urine. I don't know what her deal was, maybe she was in a hurry to get to the trap house. I will never take my business there and I will make sure my friends don't either. What a nasty place with lazy employees.

It's a pawn shop.... you get what you pay for.... or get paid for... I have pawned numerous times here, my only major complaint is they seem short staffed so prepare to wait, especially during busy times. I pawned a guitar and when i got it back the case had white "drops or droplets" on it. no biggy it wiped off, but they did give me 200$ on a 900$ guitar. decent service. worth a look, cuz they often dont know the true value of what they have. I bought a 1000$ guitar for 200$. lol. blow my mind...

If i could give no stars i would but this place will sale you electronics that have either not been tested or they just want money and temp fix them bought an item the other day and now it wont worked when i called and asked what could be done was told to call around town and see if someone could fix it this place is shady and i will never buy or sale anything there again

Tried to give me $40 for a $2,000 camera and told me my camera was old. My camera is still selling new and is less than a year old. Will never go to this pawn shop again.

Have been a long time customer here. Great prices and friendly service. I have spent a lot of money on merchandise from here over the years and consider it to be the best pawn shop in Lexington. I don't know if they have changed owners or what but I will no longer do business there. I bought an iPod and tried to return it a week later with the receipt because it didn't work. I would have accepted instore credit or a discount on another item but they refused all attempts of any compromise. I use to be greeted everytime I entered the store and offered assistance. Now I don't recognize any of the employees and the new ones have no sense of customer service. I am very disappointed with the unfair and unprofessional service I received. I enjoyed and looked forward to visiting this store often, but I would rather spend my money where I'm treated fairly and with respect. Guess I'll give Dan's a try....

I have pawned all over town and this place gives you the best bang for your buck. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The people are friendly, and even remember you. Service is good. This year when I really needed some financial help, these people helped me out and made me feel good about it. Thank you!!

Never buy game system's from them i bought a Nintendo Switch on a Wednesday then by Friday it stopped working when i called and asked what could be done NOT EVEN 3 DAYS LATER I was pretty much told sorry about you'r luck nothing i can do on top of that 1 of the 3 games i bought was also missing shadiest company I have ever done business with should have know it was not tested before it was sold cause it was dead when I bought it but sadly took them for their word welp never again

I was in there the other day. I appreciate what they are doing for social distancing right now. If you go, ask for Kaitlyn. She was great.
