Very shiesty business practices. Clerk blatantly lied to my face about a stolen item being pawned there. Tracked some earbuds to this location showed the guy and and he tried to give the run around and was dishonest about having them. Sadly had to get the law involved to have them returned.

Friendly, helpful staff. Pawnshops can feel sketchy but these are good people with an eye for quality merchandise.

I’ve been a regular customer at Top Dollar for the past four years. Through them I’ve bought a laptop, several TVs and a few rare collector’s items among other things. The staff is always courteous and very knowledgeable. This is, hands down, the best shop in Lexington!

Hands down best pawn shop in Lexington. I always shopped around all the local pawn shops and got to know the employees but after the first time i stopped in and started talking to the old man and his sons i realized they were honest, fair and very knowledgeable. Since my first experience very rarely do i find my self stopping in any other pawn shop. I highly recommend them over any other pawn shop around.

I love the staff at Top Dollar! They are a family owned business and have always treated me great ! As a female I know that I can walk in and still be given the best deal on buying or selling! Great place to do business, and purchase hood used items. Staff are very friendly, have gone out of there way to help me every time I’ve been there and most importantly took great care of both my classic car and Harley while there . Have given me exact amount loan I’ve asked for each time, no question, even allowing me to make payments to get balance down! Would recommend Top Dollar to anyone, great family, friendly business! Fantastic customer service and an incredibly clean store. The guys and gals that work there love to cut up and have a good time. When you're short on cash and need to pawn something to make it to payday, it's not the best feeling in the world. Top Dollar makes you feel at home and when I leave I'm in a better mood.

I've dealt with every single pawn shop in town, and hands down TOP DOLLAR IS THE BEST!!!! I'm on a limited income and need help quite often thru the month with unexpected bills, gas money, and sometime the basics food!!!!! They always treat me with the utmost respect, and never make you feel less than a person. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!

My 15 year old grandson paid 60.00 for a broken guitar. They said to bring it back in their review so he did. He lives several counties away so he brought it back 34 days later only to be told that they couldn't help him because it had been over 30 days! 4 days late and during a PANDEMIC and they didn't help him!! SHAME on you Top Dollar! Folks, I would never go to anyone who would take advantage of a child. This is my last time in this store!! And I'll be sure to put it out there for my Lexington friends since I am local. Go down the road to the old Lexington Clinic across from Speedway.

I’ve been to a couple of different pawn shops in the Lexington area and the customer service at Top Dollar Pawn is by far the best in town! Friendly, informative and straightforward in their dealings. I’d recommend them to anyone and will definitely be a return customer!
