As a person who usually files my own taxes every year my experience with Quality tax ended up being great. The tax preparer was very professional and knowledgeable!

I have to update this review to reflect my experience over time with Tiffany . We were charged $350 for filling tax . Unfortunately IRS held our return and all our attempts to contact Tiffany and her staff for help was very futile. They only reached back to us to recuperate the tax filing fees. I won’t recommend them as a customer oriented business. We will never file our taxes there again .

My experience with Quality tax service has been nothing but good I came into the office and immediately was greeted by someone at the front desk. Staff was helpful in me filling out my documents when I had a question. My wait was a little longer but that was fine I noticed that they made sure everything was accurate and through. While I was waiting I was offered a bottle of water and my daughter a coloring packet the environment it's self was an overall good experience. I will be referring people to file here

Quality Tax is the best place to file your taxes. Every since I moved to Kentucky I’ve been filing with them. They treat you like family the moment you walk in the door. They get you the maximum amount refund. I also had IRS problems and they walked me through every step I needed to take to handle the situation.
