I have worked with Lindsey Eades on updating my current loan for the past two days. She was very patient with me and took all my quirky concerns into consideration. She was very professional, yet personable. We even shared a few laughs. She was able to get the best deal possible for me and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Lindsey was a joy to work with.

My friend Tommy told me about Eagle. He suggested I call Elizabeth. Well I called and received amazing customer service. Elizabeth made the process so easy even though I am not PC savvy. Hello my fellow Lexington's and surrounding areas. I was searching around for a small auto loan to purchase a vehicle from a private seller. Spent days on end researching online loan companies, payday loans and financial institutions. Finally after all the time spent. I came across a local loan company called Eagle financial. I filled out the online pre qualification application. With in 30min I received a phone call, email and text from one if there loan experts. Her name is (Lindsey Eades) I couldn't return the phone call right away due to working till 5pm. The office hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday thru Friday. I did end up getting ahold of Mrs Eades on my day off we touched base on what I was looking for as a loan and what for. She was Very Curtious and helpful answering all my questions without being a bit pushy or fast talk! I instantly felt like part of The Eagle Financial Family from day one. After discussing what was needed of me to start the loan process. I emailed the docs needed to get everything rolling. I received a phone call 30 min later ( Though I was working at the time) to please call back to discuss my options. Called next day and was told that due to my lack of open credit I wasn't approved for the $2000 I requested. But from the information they did have from me Was offered a beginner $1000 personal loan at a Very Reasonable monthly payment! I made an appointment to go into the office to finish what was needed for my loan and sat down with Lindsey in Person. Let me put it this way.. She is so down to earth patient and professional that I didn't even feel like I was at a Loan office at all. I got my loan through Eagle Finance about almost 2-3 years ago. I was in a bind and needed money bad and Eagle Finance helped me out tremendously. I will never ever go anywhere else. The staff has excellent excellent excellent customer service. Just this past month I had a very bad experience with shopping online and cost me a lot of money because my account was hacked. Lindsay took care of me and helped me out to where I could pay bills until my bank fixed my account. I highly recommend Eagle Finance for all your needs. Just know that if you go through Eagle Finance you will be cared for just like family, actually better than family. They really care about their customers!!!

At Eagle they a very resourceful, knowledgeable and helpful people who make sure that you have a great experience from beginning to end. I've came to them on several occasions for assistance and haven't been let down yet. Great for small loans that you can pay back pretty quickly. I dealt with Erin who was simply wonderful, courteous and generous and made the process as painless as possible, even going above and beyond to inform me of how to handle a situation.
