Incredibly rude owner, was using my phone to check how good a price was and he accused me of taking pictures of his items and told me to get out of his store. Leads me to believe there are probably stolen goods he is worried about. It's not even a nice store, probably the worse that I've been to on the southwest side.

All of the staff is always very helpful and always so nice and make you feel like they really have your best interest at heart. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!!

This guy does not understand how the internet works, he could have a ton of free advertising from a popular guitar channel but chose to hassle them and kick them out. If they're this internet illiterate beware.

These guys are amazing and have some of the best deals on equipment. Nothing but nice guys everytime we stop in to see what is new.

Decent place, nothing bad or great about it. I saw the video of the guy named Simon being rude and aggressive to the YouTuber and that is very annoying, but not uncommon in a pawnshop. Simon is supposedly not the owner, and if that is the case then people shouldn’t leave a bunch of negative reviews just because one employee was rude, especially if he has been let go like I’ve heard. If Simon is the owner though then all these negative reviews are warranted, and deserved. If anyone knows his old/current position and job status and could comment that would be great to know.

Called up to this store location at 9am on 3/30/2018 asking if they buy next bmx bikes and the person who answerd the phone said yes they do as long as there in good condition i arrived to the store location at about 9:20am and the store clerk sara was rude and said there not takeing any bikes after i was told over the phone they were. Not only did this location waste my time but there were 100% unprofessional and wont ever return to any mister money location again and will let everyone i know in person and on social media aswell know.

First off the inventory was horrid.I only shop at pawn shops I never sell or get loans at them because they never pay even close to what an item is worth for even the most valuable items.(I use creigslist to sell) They treat people looking to spend money like criminals here so I cant imagine how they treat people trying to get a square deal on a pawn loan.You can do better than this dump.

Simon is not the owner and has been let go. Dont let Simon bring this place down. Its a great store with great people.

Drove over from New Albany and was looking. The owner seem to be very unpleasant sort. Drive on the down the road you get better service.
