I stopped by my neighborhood check into cash to purchas and load a prepaid card after finding my loved one had been incarcerated. Pat was extremely rude and even made a statement about me not having the correct amount of money and having to go back out to my car. I might have believed that Pat was just having an off day had she not been very pleasant and expeditious with the Caucasian male in front of me.

Cash my checks in there every week never have to wait I'm always in and out. I've been dealing with Pat for a few years now and she as well as Clarissa and "The Pregnant One" all have great customer service. There couldn't be a better group of people in there

Potential customers be aware that Check into Cash will do a hard inquiry credit check with Transunion for a $300 payday loan without telling you in advance. For a small payday loan go to another company.

The Taylorsville Rd. location is amazing!!! I used them a year or two ago and had to use them again and they remembered my name. Nothing like going into a place of business and be known personally. Pat is exceptional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for service.

Rude Wrinkle lady with to much make up on that caked into her wrinkles was unnecessarily rude today on 2/13/2021. She didn't greet me, her face was twisted with meanness and she threw my license. I only needed to cash a check today, my bank was closed. Ho, I didn't need a loan.

Mrs. Pat and the rest of the staff here are phenomenal! They greet me by name, are friendly, and do an excellent job! If you need a short term loan, money orders, Western Union services this is the best location to take care of your money needs!

I’ve had a very good experience with this company. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They get you in and out quickly. I also like the friendly reminders of when payment is due without being harassed. They know me by name, and greet me every time.

The associates are extremely polite and very professional. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience any time that I've been there. They're very patient and treat their customers with utmost respect.

Very nice ladies inside. Easy to talk to and they explain everything to where it's understandable. Quick as long as you have the required documents. You DO need a check from your checking account here definitely recommend this place for some quick cash no more than $500 though.
