Check Into Cash Grant Line Rd, New Albany

The people there told us all we needed was a bank statement to get a loan, and then denied us the loan when we got the statement because they wanted highly specific statements, forms of identification, and other things that there is no reason to be picky about. And the lady that works there is rude and unprofessional in how she talks. They need to hire better people there and be more flexible.

Had to give a thumb print, give my personal information to them, plus then sign two forms just to cash a 60$ money order with receipt included. They had two people working but only one computer that does check/money order cashing so the wait is a little long to cash a check/money order, not to mention all the information and forms you have to sign adds another 10 minutes..

I just left The check into cash place on Grant line Road in New Albany just a few minutes ago. I drove from downtown Louisville over to check into cash because that was the one that I was familiar with. I took in my two party check because on their website it says they cash two party Checks so when I got there with my two party check they would not cash it they said the risk was too high. I believe this is false advertisement.

Great people. Always ready to help wherever I need it. I would send everyone there.

Having the phone answered would be extremely helpful for people who have not been to a place like this before and need to know what documentation is required prior to arriving. I called 3 times with no answer, I would understand if it was extremely busy, but when I arrived there was 1 person who left upon my arrival.

I called ahead to find out about cashing a personal check written out to me...a woman answers and when I inquired how much it would cost, she couldn't tell me. Proceeding to explain why and how she couldn't know, never once asking any details about myself or the check. So I go to this Check into Cash location because I didn't have an alternative. When I arrived at this location, I entered an empty lobby, with no one at the counter. So I stand there for a couple minutes and I finally hear someone in the back of the building. Skip ahead 10 minutes to the point where the cashier is about to finalize the contract and (finally) tell me how much it costs, and hand me money. "The System" goes down. The manager runs up immediately saying we can't cash your check (while the cashier is saying, "I can just restart the program") but you can go to this other location, just tell'm I sent you....I actually had to ask her what her name is. Didn't have enough time to get to the other location, so no cash. I still don't know how much it's going to cost.

All three employees at this locations have the best customer service skills. They are super helpful and quick and, I come every week (and even drive past other Check into Cash locations) just to use them!!

The 2 times I've had to come here have been great. Emily is awesome and is super sweet!!

Nice folks. Long wait and tons of questions
