Went on vacation Memorial Day Weekend, forgot about my payment, asked for an extra business day to pay when I got back was told nothing they could do policy. Very rude asked for a manager said not one here would not give me a number told me she was busy and hung up. Did a lot of business with them. Thought they were there to HELP Ha! NEXT DAY After research and a phone call I did get Prompt response and get my mistake fixed. I was angry at the time should have gotten the phone number for help on this matter when I first called but I must change my angry two star to a four.
