Eagle Finance has really Great people to work with and I'd like to add this is my second time doing business with them. Big shout out to Kelly who was very transparent with all things being paid for through the loan process and forms being filled out (it finally didn't feel like I was signing my life over) lol. Natasha is very friendly and efficient. I was there less than 30 minutes. She is very friendly and did not mind answering all the questions that I had. She has answered when I pay my bill in which she is still very nice and quick. The entire staff treats you like a real person instead of someone who needs the companies help.

I have been a customer for only a short time, but they have recently been there for me when I really needed some help. Carlene was very helpful and understanding of my situation and was able to get me what I needed. When I went to complete my paperwork, Sarah was so kind and quick. But after speaking with her, she was able to put my worries at ease with her incredible knowledge of the company, her infectious personality and unwavering confidence.

I absolutely love everyone here ! Very friendly and great quick service . It is also kid friendly . I brought my two year old with me the first time I came and as a normal two year old he could not sit still rather than getting upset or frustrated with the distraction everyone greeted him and acknowledged him. I took a 1,000$ loan out with them over a year ago probably close to 2 years ago. I refinanced back in Aug. of 2020 just 500$. Here we are in March of 2021 and I call to see what it would cost to pay the loan off. In order to pay the loan off It would cost me over 2,000$. I have been making 200$ payments for almost 2 years and the amount I have to pay back has went UP 1,000$!!!! I understand interest and I figured I still had about 1,000 to pay off, but when he said 2,000$ I about lost it. NEVER EVER EVER take a loan of with these people regardless the amount. You will be paying it off for the rest of your life!!! It is a complete rip off!!!! Once I pay them off In full they will never get another dollar or referral from me!!!!
