Best customer service I’ve had at a Mission Federal branch. After several several bad encounters at another branch this branch is well worth the 20 min drive . Thank You

Usually a fine location, and always a good bank. But the clerk Debbie really needs to learn discretion. She would repeat back everything I said in a very loud voice, so me trying to not shout about my finances to the whole bank was pointless. I don't think we'll be back to this branch as I don't want to have to worry about dealing with a clerk who has no consideration for people's privacy.

My mother was a school teacher at Cajon Valley USD for 40 plus years...the assistance and good advice she received at MFCU throughout her career and retirement was fantastic. I thank you folks for all the wonderful customer service and personally all the help you gave me in getting her affairs in order before her passing....thank you

ATM restarted during my transaction and removed the money from my account, but did not dispense the cash. They will not do anything to rectify stating its not their issue and did not have any number or ATM help desk info for me to try and rectify myself. Hopefully my bank will be able to rectify.

I am so grateful to have Mission Federal ( El Cajon Branch) as my Credit Union! Everyone is so kind, compassionate, understanding & knowledgeable! Employees clearly enjoy working there & treat their members like family! It's nice to be involved in a bank that feels more like a little community!

Entered and was greeted by front desk. I stated my needs and was given quite an attitude. I stopped them mid way and informed them they were giving me attitude and talking down to be instead of informing me of what I need to complete my desired transaction. The attitude switch as night and day... They were taken aback but then was kind and helpful. Really off-putting to be honest. That person should attitude to lead with the corrected attitude first. Bet it would improve service. I'm new to your bank. You really embarrassed yourselves at this location.

Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at any establishment, not even exclusive to banks. I believe the women who helped me was a newly promoted person named Nickeyela, and she was wonderful! I went in to make an account and loved that she answered every single question I had and was an extremely nice employee, as well as Pamela, Mission Fed is lucky to have them as employees, and I look forward to being a new member.

A cashier gave my daughter a $10 bill that is missing a third part telling her it was the only 10 bill she had (in a bank really!!!) and it would be accepted everywhere. Well it is not accepted. I went to another mission fed and the teller and manager said they would have not given it out. Now i have to send it to the Department of Treasury to get it verified and another sent. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Mission Federal credit Union is not for the black community, they do not support small businesses, especially small black owned business, I don't refer anyone to bank with them, they will smile in your face and refuse you any type of leverage or assistance to pick your self, especially up out of this pandemic! I've been dedicated to this bank for years, did everything right but they still refuse to lend or help my small businesses.
