Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Fletcher Pkwy, El Cajon

I had a bad experience today with Rita at the bank, first of all I only was asking for a cashier check and I always gets it without any issues or extra fee, she told me that I have to fill out a report because she needs to reported to the IRS even though it’s only 4K for my rent. She stated that I have to pay extra $15 for the cashier check while I always don’t have to pay for it. Also she rudely handed the paperwork to be filled out, I tried to explain to her nicely what I needed to pay for! At the end I had to ask her to give my money back and I left that branch to other one which I got what I always gets done!

I went there to open checkings account with potentially no idea how much time it will take. The branch staff was very happy to help me. It took less than 20 mins to set all up and have my details in hand. Specially Mr. Richard who made sure my account is opened, he explained every details required. I would highly recommend this branch. Me being new to this city, experiences like these make me happy that I chose bank of America!

Horrible experience.. went to get the payee changed on a B of A cashiers check from my own account and dealt with the manager directly. Waste of 30 minutes while she waited on hold with her corp office. Then I was told they couldn't do it until the following day. After calling in myself to their corp office they could not believe I was treated the way I was and said they should have been no issue. My advice use a different bank!

I always have friendly service whenever I come in to the branch. Today I came in with a problem in our account. The tellers were very friendly and they set me up with a Banker who could help me. Jorge Guzman was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He took as much time as I needed to solve my problem much to my relief. I highly recommend this branch!

55 Min waiting in Line for Business NO HELP! WoW! Close this bank! Business line in this bank doesn't make any sense waited over 55min in line and lost my appointment. Regular line was quicker than business line and NO teller try to help me even tho they saw me standing there for 55min. Manager are a JK!! I see no purpose, they don't do anything just walk around. Honestly this bank needs to fire the whole staff. This is a BANK?? what a JK!

Employees were very nice, and it took me less than 10 minutes to get what I needed. (Which almost never happens with banks)

I have been a member of BofA since 1978 and have been to AZ, NM,OR, WA CO, TX and all over CA and had the best of customer service. Not so for the The Fletcher Pkwy location. It by far has the worst customer service hands down. The male agents are arrogant, condescending, impatient and act as if you are bothering them. And they speak a foreign language to each other while you stand there waiting to be served, which is absolutely rude. Unfortunately, the Santee and 2nd Street locations are also slipping on their customer service. Glad I have my credit union as backup.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went in just to deposit funds in my savings account and they wouldn't let it go they kept asking me to open a checking account I kept saying no they wanted to know why then they had me wait just to deposit money so I waited 20 min.then I needed to update my address and they said if I had a checking account they would do it so since I don t have one I have to call the 1888 number wow bank of America on fletcher straight sucks and it was the black female don't know her name and don't care to know but she was rude Ass hell and you work at a bank dress like it don't wear sweat pants never again going to that one

$8 fee to cash a $16 check. Ridiculous. This is why I hate this bank with passion. Never had or will ever open an account with Bank Of AmericA

Had a confirmed appointment to meet with a banker and the bank closed for the day and made no attempt to contact me regarding the closure. Trash branch.
