Navy Federal Credit Union Fletcher Pkwy, El Cajon

This location here is nice and clean and not too busy on the week days. All the staff there are really nice and great smiles. I would like to thank Brianne & Melanissa for helping me open a new account on 03/15/22. It was nice n quick great customer service. Melanissa was new and she was doing great you go girl.

Brianne and John were extremely professional. Military precision with their customer service.. Thanks always treated with the utmost respect..

If you need help with a banking situation, Kiara is your girl. I walked in and needed an unusually large sum of cash and Kiara was able to make it happen despite every other branch turning me away and having me wait a week to order the cash and have it delivered to the branch. She went above and beyond to gather up every denomination they had to get me the full amount and then spent 25 mins counting it and re-banding it for me. The tellers and greeters up front also were very helpful and kind.

The Navy Federal Branch on Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon, CA has to be one of the best ever credit union branches to exist! I was introduced to the Manager, Tanya Moreno, and my life became immensely better and easier. In a matter of a very short introduction and first visit, she and Nick had a check to transfer my car loan from another company at a much lower and more competitive rate. Just a year later, I inquired about a credit card and was absolutely floored at how Navy Federal accommodated my needs. I have since brought my daughter, and soon my newly minted graduate son to start accounts there. My daughter now has a car loan, checking account, savings account, and credit card from Navy Federal. I advise anyone with even a shred of good sense to find your way to this particular branch and set up an account. If every credit union operated using this branches model, and could find more managers like Tanya, credit unions would be driving banks crazy with people transferring here. How much more can I say about how phenomenal our collective family experience has been? Go Navy Fed!!

I gotta question.. why is that I can confirm my identity over the phone but not in actual person, you turned me away and I needed a new debit card ASAP.. even with a birth certificate and social on hand.. their response, you need a physical ID to get one today.. but I don't need a physical one to call answer a couple questions and wait a week to receive one.. navy Federal makes no sense

The woman in the office on the right of podium once you enter is rude, speaks in a condescending tone, intimidated me and my husband by staring with her eyes opened as wide as possible(in tense moments trying to get an answer, I hope the manager of this branch sees this and watches the camera on around 4:30-5:00 p.m. on 2/17 and really watches this woman's face and what she does to us especially me), snapping her head, laughing after saying rude things, and using her finger to point at us. This is the WORST branch I have ever visited. This woman makes snarky remarks, tries to use words she feels are "big" to sound better but in reality she's literally talking in circles about nothing. the way she phrased everything was to make us as the members feel belittled there's no other word for it. If you are familiar with Harry Potter or not you can easily look up a Dolores Umbridge description or watch clips to get an idea of the EXACT characteristic, verbiage, rudeness, initimadtion level to have a better understand of the terrible interaction we had. I will never ever return to this branch. We ended up walking out during the middle of her rudeness, I wanted to cry. As a person who suffers from a disability, this woman should not be working as someone who deals with customers on a daily. Maybe she needs retraining. .. she needs a reality check for sure. This isn't how you treat humans.

Nothing but trouble with our accounts, with our cards, holding our $$- not having access to our monies for weeks ( if large amt. was deposited) every since coming to Navy Fed in El Cajon we've regretted coming here.! Going back to North Island CU, where they treat yugioh with respect & like family.

Open earlier some of us need you to be open before 10. Everyone else is open at 8 or 9 why are y'all closed til 10am still? I'm waiting in the parking lot for you all to open constantly. Your taking precautions for covid so open the doors. This is ridiculous.

I & my daughter & my husband were old members of USNavyFedCredBank in the past and we have re-joined it because it is a trusty good bank for our family.

My card was stolen and used uber in el cajon and chevron in el cajon and navy federal wants to keep charging me for the money. They said they investigated and said they determined there was no fraud it's your fault. I found my money is not safe with them. They refuse to let me delgate their fraud department and refuse to give me any information on how they found it to be fraud on my behalf. The card was stolen from wells park in el cajon. I was left broke with no phone. I've had nothing but a big head ache from banking with them . THere nice to get you bank thier then they basically say they don't care if you ripped off. I don't recommend them to anyone.
