We have been with Mike McHugh State Farm for several years now. Jody has been most helpful, and she is very knowledgeable. Her customer service is top-notch. I walked into the office last week unannounced, and she spent all the time that was needed to help with a car loan issue and update other details in our file. She also makes sure we know what we can do to qualify for discounts. It's wonderful to hear her voice on the phone when I call, too. I don't think I've ever had to wait for a call back. We strongly recommend them for your insurance needs.

I believe I have been with Mike and his team for 40 plus years. I find a great deal of comfort working with Jody and Mike. Jody is phenomenal and knows everything. She is kind, caring, helpful and I can always depend on her to help me. Jody has a great memory and the ability to relate in so many ways. Its very comforting talking to her. I also think she offers great advice and is patient. Jody actually gives you tips that will help you. :)

The State Farm app is user friendly and has everything I need. I do not need to carry my insurance card or know my policy details as everything is easy to find and summarized in the app. When I needed roadside care, I opened the application and had road-side assistance and my insurance notified in a few clicks. When I needed to adjust my policy, I opened the application and made my selections. My personal State Farm care team called within a few hours to confirm my selections and talk through the policy changes. In addition, whenever I need a referral for car maintenance or home repairs, my State Farm team has great advice and can give me local, trusted vendor referrals.

When ever I have needed something they are very responsive and knowledgeable. Mike’s team is top notch. Mike’s office manager Jodie is a very knowledgeable and personable representative for Mike. Jody was extremely helpful in getting my insurance information to the correct people fast. She even made sure I had proof that the information was received by the bank that was asking for it. On top of that she called me to make sure I had received the pertinent emailed information. I've been a customer of Mike McHugh's for over ten years and their service is awesome.

It was decent insurance I had on two vehicles. I don’t like how my rates would increase and I wouldn’t be notified I just had to find out after looking at the bill. Also customer service was always slow and short. Also not professional to have an attitude when I call to cancel my policy after selling my vehicle and telling them I hadn’t purchased a new one. Don’t answer the phones and emails if you aren’t going to be professional even if it has to do with cancellations. Will be going back to Mike McHughs with a new vehicle.

Mike and Jody are great. I've had two instances where things went a little haywire with needing a tow and I had to go about things outside of their standard process to get reimbursed, and both times Jody was SUPER responsive and helpful making sure a check went out the same day. A call with Jody feels more like a call with family or an old friend than an insurance company; would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about the Mike McHugh State Farm team. The team always makes sure I am educated on my policies and if I have any questions they are always quick to respond! I had to transfer my policy out of state for a few months, and they helped get me set up with an agent they trusted in that new state. Now, I am so happy to be back in Minnesota and to have Mike McHugh as my insurance agent once again. The team helped make an easy transition back to MN, ensuring I was covered the entire time even during the move. The office manager, Jody is such a pleasure to work with. We were with USAA for 20+ years, and we thought we were getting the best rates. After some dissatisfaction with their customer service related to our insurance and credit card, we decided to revisit who provides our insurance. This office was recommended to us by a friend/neighbor, and are we ever happy that we called them! We are saving substantial amounts of money with State Farm (get Drive Safe & Save - we just dropped our rates even more!), and when I call or email, I get a live person RIGHT AWAY, no waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Kevin and Jody have been awesome - they are always respectful and courteous. We haven’t had to file any claims yet, but I fully expect their service to be exceptional when we need it. Their recommendations are just that - recommendations. They are not pushy. I highly recommend this agency if you’re looking for insurance at a reasonable cost with second-to-none customer service!

We have been a State Farm customer since my husband was 18 years old(40 years), and with Mike and his team for 30 years. I love being able to actually talk to people in the office and not have to wait on a help line for an agent. Mike and Jody are always there to talk to and give advice, help save you money and to comfort you. I always get fast, caring service when there is an accident with our vehicle, home or whatever get botched up. They offer a wide range of services as well. It is nice to have someone that actually knows you and takes a personal interest in your wellbeing as a family. We actually live an hour from the office...we drive that is how much we value our State Farm family.

I have been with State Farm, Mike McHugh agent, for many many years. I am completely satisfied with their service. In fact Jodi Knight from the office let me know that if I took a safe driver online course I would receive a discount on my insurance. And they even paid for the course!! She just called and my premium dropped by over $100 every 6 months. Who would have thought the insurance company cared enough to let their member know how to reduce their premium but this one does!! I've had good customer service from pleasant people. Mike is responsive to my concerns. I've been insured with Mike for over 10 years on both my house and car. The terms of both these contracts continue to be better than what I find on the web from other companies. I meet with Mike or his representative once a year to organize my insurance and this has been helpful.
