    I had the pleasure of meeting with Susmita to discuss opening two new bank accounts. Susmita made me feel at ease giving me all the options and discussing all parts of the process. She gave me a direct timeline when to close my old accounts, when I can expect a new debit card, and more. I was feeling very anxious about this process, but Susmita made me feel calm and capable. If you are heading to this bank I would highly recommend talking to this banker! She made me feel comfortable in the moment and confident for all my future banking needs.

    June 30th 2021, was in your bank about 11:30 or so. Had three or four questions the questions were answered entirely and even developed a fourth question. One person behind the counter inside. Wasn't very busy. She was most helpful most courteous and completed explanations for me. Excellent job. Been a customer there since the early 70s, never had a bad experience, truthfully.😁😃

    No personal service, just automated tellers when I called to see why my card would not process a payment for goods from Menards when I had nearly 10 times that amount as my balance. Tried calling local branch, only automated tellers available. Skip WF if you want or need any personal service.

    4 out of the last 5 times I’ve come to this ATM to deposit a check or cash it’s unavailable.. How is an ATM unable to accept a cash or check?

    The employees were fine, but they needed the manager for an issue we were having (not their fault at all), and she was really rude/short with us and then just said ā€œnothing we can do, sorry!ā€ and hung up on us and walked away before we could even respond... (We were in the drive thru)

    So the lady tells me there are no further appointments for a banker today. But the couple after me we taken to her office in which she was a banker just didn't want to help. Pathetic and picking and choosing. Will be moving all accounts from WF! Absolutely the worst service.

    I came in without an appointment (without knowing one was needed). I spoke to a teller, who was understanding and explained that I'd need to speak with a banker to do what I needed. She said even though I didn't have an appointment, they could fit me in. I waited a few minutes and then was called in by the banker. Objectively, he helped me do what I needed. However, he barely spoke more than a handful of words to me throughout the process, and stood up and left the office multiple times without a word. I felt uncomfortable and had a hard time focusing on double checking the information I'd given. It just felt very unpleasant and cold, and left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe he was having a bad day, or was annoyed with me for not knowing I needed an appointment. All the same, I think I'll go to a different branch next time.

    The tellers here are very friendly and seem very on top of things. However, the banker I worked with today was not friendly at all, barely spoke to me during our interaction, and got up and left the office without saying a word twice. He did help me accomplish what I came in to do, but it was not a very pleasant experience.

    True to form, terrible customer service. Went in today to sort out an issue with my retirement, one of the employees by the name of Daniel was extremely rude and condescending. I knew going in the company didn’t have a good reputation for customer service but this employee epitomized it. If he is unhappy working there, maybe he should find another job.

    Such helpful people! Especially Sara, the international teller. I have come in a few times recently with deposits from cookie sales for my daughter's girl scout troop. I need all the deposits counted separately and a receipt printed. she does it with no problems and always with a smile! 😁 I highly recommend this branch!!
