MidWestOne Bank Lake Blvd, Chisago City

I always find the staff at this bank friendly and helpful, and their hours are better than some other banks in the area. I have several accounts there and have never had a problem with any of them. I only gave them four stars instead of five because they could use more staff available on Saturday mornings (but I am happy the lobby is open Saturday mornings.)

I've had so many problems with this bank since they switched over to Midwest bank. They got rid of my savings account without my knowledge and made 2 checking account. They also messed with my money and when I called to see what happened they replied "I don't know what happened." How unprofessional! There are many people I know who have had problems with this bank. I am pulling all my money out and closing my account. This bank is a joke!

This is the worst bank known to mankind. My girlfriend has had an unbelievable amount of problems with them. Everytime she tries to use her card anywhere or take out cash, it is declined, even though she has sufficient funds. Asked many employees and managers about it and the only response is "I don't know." A monkey would be a better handler of her money. My friend will soon be leaving the bank after multiple chances were given for them to make things right.

We are relatively new to MidWest One in Chisago City (less than 2 years), but all the staff has been awesome! Kerri H (loan officer) is the best!

2 times now on a Saturday have looked up hours at home, to see drive thru hours. Posted on website as until noon Saturday. Make the drive only to find out no drive thru. Either update your website or be open. Thanks

Was using Main street bank before the buy out to Central bank before the buy out to Midwest one. All 3 have had slightly different rules and regulations concerning accounts. When at mainstreet my daily max was a few thousand...changed it to 5-7. Then Central had a max of 5K and now Midwest one had it at 2000.00 but I called and made it 5000.00. Each time a bank gets bought out you need to verify your access to funds. Something the other reviews didn't know. It happens....well in yesterdays economy it happens. I hope they stay a Midwest one.

Best bank for service, great people and importantly, long on patience, as the professionally explain and answer any financial questions.
