My boyfriend and I just purchased a home in Forest Lake. We worked with Brian and he was extremely responsive and made the process of getting home and car insurance very easy! He was even willing to take the time to meet with me in person and go through any questions I had. The best part, is if anything were to happen, we know this agency is just right down the road! She also offered her support whenever needed. Been with this office for 18 years and have always been helped. My agent, Tim O'Brien is the most professional, kindest and easiest to work with individual. Doesnt matter what has happened, if I needed to file a claim, get a car loan, or just ask a question Tim knows the answer and gets you the help you need. I have moved hours away and still only work with Tim because of how good he is. I will always continue to send people to State Farm simply because of him.
