We have gotten insurance through State Farm since the dawn of time--or over 30 years- and appreciate that they know us by name and not a policy number. We have been very pleased with their service and especially love how helpful Jody has always been. Also, when we've had a claim an adjuster has been sent out promptly.

I am amazed by the customer service I receive when getting quotes for additional services from Lisa to the process of submitting a claim! They are simply THE BEST!

I recently switched over to State Farm after being with Progressive for home and auto for almost twenty years and Lisa couldn't have made the process any smoother and easier for me! Great customer service and was readily available to answer any questions i had in the following days. I was nervous about switching and because of Lisa the transition was alot smoother than I thought it would be. She went over numerous options that fit my needs.
