Dayna was absolutely amazing she helped me with my refinance and I really appreciate all that she does. She deserves to be recognized for her great customer service. I highly recommend this place to anybody that is needing to sign a title or would like additional information about how to do so.

I will keep this as short as possible. We sold our home by owner in 2018 and used Midwest Title to process the transaction. Not only did they fail to communicate when the process took much longer than anticipated (we signed the closing of our house, putting it in escrow at the end of October 2018 and Midwest title didn’t finalize it until 7 weeks and 6 days later), they gave poor advice, failed to inform us that the person handling our transaction quit in the middle of it (leaving everyone playing catch-up), they made a wrong and refused to make it right when it was pointed out. This review has been months in the making. We called with questions in July of this year (regarding last year’s transaction) and requested a call back as soon as possible. We spoke to the receptionist (who is kind and helpful, her bosses, on the other hand, are the opposite) close to 10 times over the course of 3 months and not once was it because they called us back— had we not continued to call with our single question, we would’ve heard nothing. I was willing to let the frustration of our transaction slide and move on (or else I would’ve written a year ago)... but the sheer disregard of our calls and attempts to speak to someone and the refusal to help find a solution to the problem they left us with prompted this. I’m glad to never have to do business with this company again.

Poor, poor communication, Slow at getting closing papers together. And still after closing more than a month ago we have NO CLOSING STATMENT. This company lacks knowledge of how a title company should function. We hope to never use them again!!

It can be said in two words....services are overpriced for a simple title search and staff was not user freindy u til you had to go to the next level.

This place was a dam joke! Lost my information twice. The buyer of my rental home choose this title company and even he said he will never use them again. We never spoke to the same person twice and when you went to the office no one seemed to know anything or anyone and all the employees were always out of the office if you showed up in person. It took 4 days to get my funds wired to my bank after all documents were signed and I had to show up at the office and threatened them with fraud charges. I would never trust this company with my business.

We used this company to sell our rental house. Horrible experience. Very unorganized. Never spoke with the same person more than once. To many transfers of emails. Lots of lost documents. Very unprofessional. Would not wish this company upon anyone.

I had great experience with Midwest Title. Cortney was very responsive and coordinated everything smoothly.

The agent was very friendly and they came to our residence to close. There was a mix up on the closing time but overall good experience.

The lack of communication on the part of Midwest Title made this a difficult closing. I should have shopped around more.
