Just recently moved from NY all the way to Tampa Fl with my fiancée, and our old banks weren’t located here. We decided to try out a credit union due to the customer service raves, and they weren’t lying. The lobby is super cute, and clean. Almost resembles a hotel lobby honestly, very comforting. We created a joint account, and only had a couple minute wait. We were paired with Delmy, and she is the best. She was comforting during the stressful time we were going thru, while still offering us useful knowledge to help us with our banking. They walk you thru every process, personalized debit cards THAT DAY, and even test out their own banking app. I truly could not have asked for a better experience, give them a try. You will not regret it!

I visited from out of state to access shared branch services to purchase a car and the service was beyond excellent! Monica was extremely helpful in notarizing the bill of sale and issuing a cashier's check from my account.

I was able to refinance my car and motorcycle with lower rates and the process has been stress free. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences since opening my personal and business account approximately six months ago. i switched from SunCoast Credit Union because they are open are Saturdays. Would definitely recommend.
