I went to ask a few questions about a loan for my near future and they were the MOST helpful. Very knowledgeable. Very nice and friendly. When I am ready, I will absolutely return. Thank you Achieva!

Charged 2100.00 in over draft fees this year. I never opted in for over draft protection and deceiving wording they use for overdraft fee. Watch out for privilege payment or courtesy payment debit. They charge you for it when your bank is in the positive so it looks like it’s a normal charge. I can understand it would be easy to catch if you use your card once a week but if you have multiple transactions it will slip right by. There is a group on Facebook called members against Achieva credit union. Please sign up if you where opted into over draft protection and did not sign up for it or if you where charged. Banks have paid out millions and millions of dollars for deceiving their members in over draft fees. Let’s work together to get our hard earned money back.

This bank and all other achieva credit unions are thieves!!! Says that a deposit is posted then charges you an overdraft fee of $34 when their website shows a deposit was made before you used your card. Then when you call them they say well it’s actually not available even tho it says it is. This family is out $70! Don’t let it happen to you!!!!

I have had over 6 loans with Achieva including my first car. BEST BANK EVER!!! they literally fight for you like you are family and i've never had a problem getting a loan from them and it always works out great.

Is someone who works for a company supposed to know how to answer a question? Literally had to walk out because the person I was talking to was either pretending to use a computer for the first time or outright didn’t want to answer a question honestly.

I have been using Achieva for normal bank stuff for a few months now, and every time I have a problem, they've been so so helpful. would recommend.

All the negative reviews seem like people that don't know how to manage their money, or dont UNDERSTAND debits and credits, or buy a vehicle they can actually afford. This credit union is nice and professional. Any issue they take care of it and are always courteous. Bibi is an asset.

Tried to resolve an issue of being locked out of my online account. I was told that I would get a call back in 24 to 48 hours from representative. ..... however I could go to local branch the next morning........ complete breakdown of customer service and clearly the representative did not care about taking care of my problem. Terrible terrible terrible service after hours!!!

I love this bank! Every other bank I've tried getting hell with car loans and getting credit cards but this bank here has been amazing ! No matter how far they are from me I'll always be dedicated to them! Best part free cash withdraw from any presto machine aka publix and Walgreens and cvs and I have these places everywhere I go!

I really like the bank interest rates compared to others, but with employee changes I think... I have had ignorance in regards to financial business. I will be optimistic and look to have these issues resolved!
