Chase Bank FL, Lutz

Worst customer service, was turned down because they were to busy and to busy to help me(existing customer). If I would of known to make an appt I would of but nothing says by appt only and they had no waiting list set up for walk in’s. I’m literally on the verge of pulling all my money out and canceling my chase credit card due this situation! This is not good customer service!

Mahindra aka Max provides excellent customer service to Mac Daddy Sales and Services. We have a runner drop off payments so we rarely see him but its a relief to now that he will provide his attention to detail when the need arises. Thanks Max, Tamara Griffin

Alright, I'll talk these guys up. I have been here twice since they opened to make deposits and everything went swimmingly. These occasions were both at times when almost all of the other Chase branches near us were closed except for maybe the drive-through window. I wanted to go inside to make the deposits because they were for relatively large amounts and I have never used the drive-through window before. Both of the times I went I was in and out in about 5-10 minutes, including withdrawing from the ATM. The people at this branch are very courteous and efficient. Their keeping the lobby open really helped us out. Thank you very much.

Absolutely horrible customer service ... they never pick up the phone ... went twice in two days ...to do something so simple .. no banker returned a phone call to do a simple thing like make an appointment. And they are all still worrying masks ... unbelievable

This Chase branch is terrible. Every time I go there the same lady tells me I can't do something I've been doing for YEARS. Never go to this location. Worst I've ever been too. Terrible service. 👎

My visit at this branch was a great experience and success! I needed to change some details on my account, so when I called yesterday, Max was very quick to help me set up an appointment to make sure I can get in at a convenient time. When my husband and I went in today, Max was efficient and got our affairs taken care of, answering all of our questions and even providing additional important information that we were unaware of. I will definitely be visiting this branch again because of the excellent customer service, the professionalism, and the cleanliness and location of the building! I look forward to being in touch with the other associates as well for any other needs. Thank you for a great experience!

I've been hold for one hour and forty minutes. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't use this bank again and I'm going to start working on my exit plan.

I arrived at 5:04 pm and was informed bank.was closed by. Very rude banker named Mahendra kanaiya I said the door says 6pm.sir and he lost it got loud saying read the door I said I did sir he starts pointing at door I went to door.read it again and he's still raising his voice at me, then a girl named Heather comes to assist him also getting loud and says read the lil white paper on window, and I go read that at it says temp hours are 5pm. Why it took 2 employees getting loud and rude ill never know, I've been with chase for 10 years and have never been treated this way ever... this is a new location and all new people and so far there not.doing good! So read there reviews 3 stars and I see why!!!!!

No excuse for making people hold this long. This bank is putting me out of business. Horrible. Look at the picture.

I just moved from out of state and I really needed some help, I wanted to talk to someone in person. They just were not willing to listen. It's a shame. The branches and other states were much more friendly.
